With more than 40 years of combined experience, our doctors have built a successful practice upon a foundation of integrity and excellent dental care. Patients needing a tooth or teeth replaced can get strong, stable and thoroughly lifelike new teeth thanks to the doctors' skill and experience in dental implant treatment.
When you arrive at our office, you will be welcomed warmly by our front office staff. One of our friendly hygienic assistants will review your medical and dental history with you and take a full set of X-rays and intraoral photos. You will then receive a comprehensive examination, including a screening for oral cancer, gum disease and cavities, along with an orthodontic and cosmetic analysis.
Dr. Kapur is a Georgia native and earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia (now called the Georgia Regents University in Augusta). To stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and to continue to provide his patients with the best dental care possible, Dr. Kapur participates in over 100 hours of continuing education courses every year.
Lipson Dental Group is named after our founder, Dr. Stephen W. Lipson. In 1984, after earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Emory University School of Dentistry and completing his hospital residency at the University of Louisville, Dr. Lipson opened his first office on Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker.
Our office is equipped with many of the latest advances in dental technology in order to provide you with accurate, efficient and comfortable treatment. Our 3D CT scanner sends out a cone beam of ultra-low-radiation X-rays to capture 360-degree views of your entire oral anatomy. This information is invaluable when planning oral surgery procedures, dental implant placement, Invisalign(R) cases, root canals, TMJ treatment and more.

Lipson Dental has terrible business practices when it comes to billing. On becoming new patients this summer we were assured our insurance was accepted. We've had several visits including routine cleanings, fillings, and a crown between my husband and have always made our payments at the end of each visit for the amount requested. My husband went in for a routine cleaning this morning and was met with an "over 90 day" hefty bill of leftover charges from all of this years previous work after our insurance claims were settled. We never once received a phone call or bill in the mail from Lipson Dental
