I am very satisfied with the service that I received from ICare Dentistry. Dr. Truong and his staff were helpful, friendly, and pleasant. They took their time to explain to me my treatment plan and my out of pocket cost. The Hygienist (Janice) was very thorough and she took her time cleaning my teeth. My family and I are now under their care.

I had a bad experience while visiting this office. I was given an estimate prior to treatment, then they billed me for a higher amount because I was seen by the on call dentist who was out of network on my insurance. I was not made aware of it until I received the statement from my insurance. The front desk lady is unprofessional, when she called to confirm appointment, she didn't provide her name. One time she called to make changes on my booked appointment because the dentist didn't want to stay working late. The office ambience is pleasant, that's about it.

I care Dentistry is the best. I truly feel taken care of and I get the best care for myself and my family. The staff is always so pleasant and kind. Our son has been a patient here for several years and he actually likes coming here. They offer very convenient appointment time and the staff are very friendly. The decorations are definitely catering to the kids and adults who like the ocean theme. They have all the amenities to make waiting for him more comfortable and play areas for siblings as well.

I love the environment here. Everything is well kept and organized. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful! I had a check up with my gums receding today and also wanted to get my teeth cleaned. It was already time for them to close but they stayed back and worked over hours. My family really loves this practice. The facility is really clean and the staff is very friendly. The hygienist really cares about patients. My kids enjoy going there. It is hard to get bored because of the iPads and TVs everywhere. The dentists take their time to make sure your teeth and gum are healthy. The staff let you make your appointments so that they fit your schedule. We can't wait to come back!.

ICare Kids Dentistry is the best dentistry in the area by far. The facility is very neat and clean and the decor is very nice. The staff is welcoming, and the dentists are friendly and do a very good job. One unique thing is that there are televisions provided over each dentist chair, keeping patients entertained during their appointment, which I think is a great idea. Overall, I would definitely recommend scheduling your next appointment here!
