I am getting treated here. The reason I am giving 3 star.1. In my appointment always have to wait long time before they see me. Last time almost 45 minutes. They acted like my time is not important. Not even a apology, the guy was like we are busy.
2. yesterday I was in the room trying to get next appointment, the guy left the room to talk about a crazy lady in the front. He would repeat the words crazy lady. I understand place can get there Karen,but seem very unprofessional to be calling a women crazy. Especially, they have waiting in front for so long.

Great work from doctors and their assistants, I gave it 3 stars because the coordinator Cindy is very rude and unprofessional did her job in a bad way I would return for the good work of the doctors but I recommend going with another coordinator who appreciates your business, it's not like they are doing the job for free you are paying a lot of money the least you can get it's a good service.

I want to Truly Thank Dr. SAMAN AND JUAN,JO for their professionalism and exceedingly beyond great quality services that they provided for my Root Canal treatment. I have NEVER been to a dentist office in my life where I can feel the love for what they do(job).Dr. Saman is humble and explains everything as if he just finished school awaiting to start his first job all over again ; I love that about him. THIS DENTAL OFFICE IS AMAZING ! Their staff is superrrrrr friendly & the ladies who work for the insurance dept are super nice & professional ! They explain everything as they should ! I have had several family members come in to this dental office & they all leave satisfied ! The call center girls are awesome & super helpful ! They took my insurance information and when I came in everything was in order from start to beginning , insurance was verified & their dental assistants are super nice as well !! The staff that helped me out & who spoke to me are awesome & super helpful ! Keep up the good

This would be the last time I going to this office. although staff and dental hygienist were ok, but for first time in history, I was offended and felt discriminated by a dentist. Dr. Shamim Cyrus. examined both patients on my left and on my right but refused to examine my teeth after cleaning. The hygienist keep delaying on cleaning process and finally said "sorry Dr will examine your teeth next time!" is that a joke?
I WOULD NOT DEFINETLY RECOMEND Dr. Cyrus.

Very SPECIFICALLY called this office let them know my dentist no longer takes my insurance, I was looking for a new office who did. I informed them i have dentatrust and they asked me if it is PPO which it is. they said we do and asked for my insurance info and gave me an appointment the following week. Prior to my appointment i received several followup text and calls confirming my appointment. This place is a scam. every single time i come in for cleaning they take x rays and practically harass me to meet the "financial aid " person to see how much it'll cost to have my wisdom teeth out. i have always told them i didn't plan on removing them anytime soon. yet they always insist. they have told me twice that my wisdom teeth are coming out and that i need surgery ASAP. but the third time the woman said that my wisdom teeth can't even be seen from my gums (which i have checked since they have told me i needed surgery and they weren't). they scammed my mom out

This is the best dental practice I have been to. Very polite and walked my dad and I through his dental treatment plan step by step. The office was impeccably clean and my father and I both felt safe. We loved the atmosphere and the doctors bedside manner. Everyone was so nice and the front desk was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office. Please don't look at another place because this is the best in Georgia to get any dental procedure done!

The process to get my mom a new set of false teeth has been a little long but that's understandable I guess however the technicians and dentist caused her mouth quite a bit of pain through all of it. Once her teeth were complete my mom was not able to put them in her mouth herself, we had to come back so they can be fitted which I guess is also understandable. They showed her how to put them on and I could see for myself that it was not easy to put them or remove them and that's not understandable. They also put a liquid in her mouth, some type of die so it would stain the areas that

Save your time and money by calling around to the many other dental offices in the area that offer way better prices and don't try to get over on you by swearing you need a "deep" clean otherwise your teeth will fall out!! Yes! The doctor had the nerve to tell my 20 year old friend whose never had a cavity in his life that in 5 years if he doesn't get there deep clean his teeth will fall out. Came in this office and the first visit wasn’t too bad , friendly staff , 1 Dentist handling all patients. And flirting with staff as others mentioned below is true, which is not professional. On my second visit i stressed to them that i wanted to wait for my insurance which would take 30 days to become active and they were trying to apply all the charges possible. I had a credit because my first visit was paid cash. They tried to charge me $150 for 1 missed appointment. They have a policy posted for $25. (Pictures attached) They are also Expensive. Started off okay. Arrived on time but had to wait in the waiting area for 45 min for god knows what reason. Then they did the X-ray and examination which took about an hour and fifteen minutes. After that they said the doctor will be with u to start the teeth cleaning.
