Here at River Road Veterinary Clinic, we are pleased to have a variety of veterinary services available for our patients. We are open! We are happy to see your animal for all normal appointments. Clients are welcome inside the building. They must be masked if they are experiencing any symptoms whatsoever. In addition, if you are immunocompromised or uncomfortable not wearing a mask, you may always do so. This extends to the veterinarian, who will wear a mask for any client who is more comfortable with that, All animals are required to be on a leash or in a carrier.

We are decades long patrons of River Road Veterinary clinic. Out most recent emergency had us at the clinic on a Saturday at 8 pm with our cat who had a prolapsed rectum. He was immediately brought to surgery to make the repair and they were nice enough to clip his nails while he was under. After a couple of days in their care for fluids and after care he is back home with us and we are forever thankful. Given the circumstances the bill was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them everyone.

I was informed that the surgery needed on my animal would be covered by the insurance they highly recommend. When in reality it was not covered. I was not informed of an estimated cost for said surgery, due to again the insurance would cover it. Next thing I know I am hit with a $800+ bill due right then and there. I was basically shamed for asking about a payment plan. I was also informed my animal was very misbehaved and "naughty" due to needing more medication during surgery. I find this highly unprofessional. I should have been given an estimate for the surgery and not assured that insurance

Most caring, compassionate vets and staff we've ever had. Dr Pinello was wonderful! She and Dr Dutton took wonderful care of our dog when she was acutely ill and treated her like their own. They took the time to explain everything to us, were very considerate, and put us at ease when our dog had to stay overnight.

My Golden Retriever had a foreign object in his intestines which had to be removed surgically. We went to another emergency clinic Thursday morning and were not happy with our experience throughout the day, so I called River Road Thursday night a few minutes before they closed to see if they could fit him in for surgery early Friday morning. Not only did they perform his surgery short notice, they updated us of his condition his entire stay, and also gave us everything he would need for the rest of his recovery at home. Then they called for an update on his condition a few days after we brought

I recently changed my dogs veterinary care to River Road Veterinary Clinic. I am very pleased with the staff and the treatment and care of my dogs. This clinic far surpasses any of the other clinics I had previously had my dogs at. If anyone is not comfortable or don't feel confident with who you have now.... give this clinic a try. Could not be happier!! We had a true emergency with our puppy Turbo. Usually so full of life, out poor little guy was lethargic, had no appetite, was vomiting and had diarrhea. He had been seen by another… office in the valley earlier that day and sent home with nausea medication.. When we contacted River Road Vet Turbo was close to a point of no return, and not only did Dr. Dutton take him in at 10pm on a Saturday, he gave us updates via text and call! He and the staff worked non stop to get Turbo back to health! I am beyond grateful for their hard work, and compassion for our little dude

They have been my pets vet for decades.....Jacob my golden retriever for 17 years.....Abigail my black cat for 13 years.....Tyrone my Yorkie for 11 years.....Wilbur my Yorkie for 16 years and now my Annabelle black cat who is 2 years old in June and my Sadie Mae Chihuahua who just turned a year old.....Can not say enough good words to do them justice
