Exceptional Property Management was established in 2019 out of necessity after our broker Craig Chastain had experienced numerous failed attempts working with other management companies to help with his property management needs. One of the biggest failures Craig found during this time was the extreme lack of responsiveness and the general impression of "not caring."

What a great experience it has been to work with Craig and Sherree! They have managed my property for a number of years with zero complaints. They are very thorough when screening tenants, responsive and always in good communication. I used to self manage and that was not fun! After hiring these guys my stress level went down and I honestly never worried about my property. In fact, sometimes I forget about it until the direct deposit payment showed up in my account. LOL... If you are looking for a hands on management company these are your guys!
