Students flow freely between our two main environments: our creek-side outdoor play and picnic area and our cozy and focused indoor classroom. They laugh, smile, and learn through our enriching programs which include Pre-K, music, cooking, on-site tennis lessons, and visiting our Grandfriends. And that's just our daily routine!
Families and friends regularly join us for special evenings where we build gingerbread houses, share Stone Soup prepared by the children, and much more. Ms. Deb opened this delightful school in 2002 with an amazing program. With her natural ability to love, nurture, and educate, she guides children into a lifetime of curiosity and learning.

At Dream Makers Preschool, our Kindergarten Prep program in Boulder Colorado is significantly different from your other choices. Why? Each year, the academic and social requirements for children entering kindergarten increase. While we address the academic requirement, our main focus is on strengthening the spirit, and easing the fears of the social and emotional demands of the children once they enter kindergarten.
Summer Camp in Boulder is fun! Dream Makers Super Summer Camp is based on a weekly curriculum throughout the summer, and children ages 2 - 6 yrs. Each week expect something new! Activities for the summer typically include theme weeks such as Unusual Pets Week, Obstacle Course Week, Water Week, and even Spy Week to name a few.
At Dream Makers Preschool, we use STEAM to ensure a rich learning environment for each of our students. This approach is particularly important and effective for early learners, who naturally gravitate to imaginative and artistic activities. Science: We learn science through doing. Based on children's interests, we set up observation stations, sensory stations, weather demos, and experiments.

My son has been at Dream Makers for almost two years now and we could not feel more blessed to have found such a great preschool! Deb, Crissy and Francesca are wonderful teachers - caring, focused, fun, creative - I could go on and on. My son's language, social skills, and overall development have blossomed under their care and I truly feel they have set the stage for him to have a life-long love of learning. Perhaps the best "review" for Dream Makers is the fact that my son LOVES going to school! In addition, the facility is cozy and bright - and the outside play area is a kid paradise. A highly

Dream Makers has been a saving grace for my family. They've provided both my son and daughter an incredible preschool experience through writing, learning numbers, art, tennis, songs, cooking, stories, making friends, and just plain fun! Lots of outdoor time, individual attention, and excellent curriculum create the perfect balance to help kids develop a lifelong love of learning and life. Deb and Crissy go above and beyond to help kids and families thrive! Five stars!

We were with Dream Makers for 2 1/2 years with our son after checking out a lot of Boulder preschools. We could not have been happier! They recognize the importance of both structured and unstructured playtime. The location is phenomenal, and they have an open door policy to their outdoor play area, so kids can be outside regularly if they so choose. Daily activities are creative, well-planned, and educational, and the staff seems to truly care about each child. They treated our son with respect and patience; like he was one of their own children. We look forward to sending our daughter there next

Both of my daughters attended Dream Makers and I can honestly say that as they are now preparing to enter middle & high school, they are still influenced by what they learned in preschool at Dream Makers. Deb is an amazing director and Ms.Crissy is an example of how the apple does not fall far from the tree. I have never met people who are more in tune with children than the folks at Dream Makers. Any parental questions, doubts, fears, etc. were always thoughtfully and accurately addressed. It is evident that the Dream Makers staff love the kids and love what they do. Children there are taught

I love all the stories I hear when my son comes home. He absolutely loves Dream Makers and went from screaming and crying when we left him at his old school to laughing and crowing about all the great things and good friends he finds every day at DM.
Water balloon fights, a climbing rock, a house to paint, Grand Friends, tennis lessons, making volcanoes, acting out stories ... Honestly I wish I could go too!
