Boulder Bilingual Childcare & Preschool is more than just childcare. We offer a Pre-school program with an Educational Activity Schedule in both English & Spanish. Each day we learn about something new and we have fun doing it. Singing, dancing, arts & crafts, yoga, geography are just a few of the fun things we do.
Children learn best from experiencing the world around them. Our program makes every effort to attend the specific needs of each child and on many levels. Each child is unique. Services
I, Patricia Rayo Swanson (in photo above), have been working with children since 1995. I have always connected well and effortlessly with children and families. My first experiences working with children were in the Central American countries of Costa Rica and Nicaragua (also my birthplace) where I helped the underprivileged children.
While quite a bit of research points to the benefits of dual language acquisition at very young ages (0-5 year old) such as brain development, executive functioning, early literacy, improved language communication and enhanced social skills such as empathy, I can personally attest to this being true on an anecdotal level for our toddler.
Family discount rates available upon request: 1st kid regular rates, subsequent and concurrently enrolled kids -- 10% discount. Enrollments with future start dates: One month tuition deposit, non-refundable, to hold your spot in a classroom. This deposit will be applied to your first month of childcare services.

We were so glad to find Boulder Bilingual when we moved to Colorado. It has been an amazing place for my son. He has never been in a daycare facility, but he is thriving there and loves the other children and the staff, who treat us like family. I was raised bilingual and I'm happy that my son will have so much exposure to Spanish too as a toddler. This is a wonderful, loving place and we're so happy we found it!

Boulder Bilingual has felt like family from day one. Both of our children have been loved and nurtured by every one of the caregivers, and we could not be more confident in knowing that this is the best place for them to grow up. The community of friends, the quality of care, and overall joyful energy for life make us so grateful for our years here. We'll be sad when our time with Boulder Bilingual is over, but we know our children will be well prepared, emotionally, socially, and educationally.

Boulder Bilingual Childcare provides a warm, loving environment for kiddos in a homey setting. When I was looking for childcare, I was not looking for a bilingual school. It was more important that the teachers love what they do and are warm caring to the kids. The teachers here are so caring, warm and patient. It is a bonus that they provide bilingual care.

If you're looking for a bilingual education in Spanish and English for your 1-5 year old, a loving family from Nicaragua who takes pride in what they do and who truly care for the children from their heart, a family who also makes home cooked meals for the children and who prides themselves on providing the kids with a wonderful balance of free play and education, a family who prepares kiddos for kindergarten (knowing their alphabet, colors, shapes, numbers, songs in both Spanish and English), then this is the school for you. We love Boulder Bilingual and the caring family environment that they provide. Our 2.5 y.o son loves his teachers and the school staff. This past year we could see how he flourished and developed, specially his language skills -- he can speak Spanish even though we don't speak it at home. They also provide lunch and snacks for kids and the food is amazing and super healthy.

Boulder Bilingual is truly a second family. Nutritious, home-cooked meals, the perfect balance of structured and unstructured play, with a focus on fostering empathy and kindness. It is also one of the cleanest and most secure childcare facilities in town. My 3- and 1-year-old are always excited to go to escuela!

We feel very lucky to have Boulder Bilingual be our son's daycare. The teachers are incredibly warm and caring, and our son seems to always be having fun. The facility is well maintained, there are lots of great outdoor experiences, and the staff do a great job preparing home-cooked meals every day.

We (and our kiddo) love Boulder Bilingual. Our 2 year old understands and speaks Spanish despite it not being a language spoken fluently at home. More importantly though, she is clearly so loved and cared for when at school. Our family doesn't live anywhere near us, but Boulder Bilingual really feels like the closest thing to family caring for our little one that we can get. We are so happy with the decision and can't imagine our kiddo being anywhere else.

BBC&P is a wonderful place for children. The children are safe and happy, cared for and loved. The caregivers clearly see each and every one of the children as family. They support the goals of the parents for their children and help to facilitate them. They impart healthy eating habits, promote sharing and kindness and create a safe space for each child to grow.
