When you arrive, please text me from your car or knock on the office door - it will be locked. I need to ask that you wear a face covering ONLY in the waiting area if other people are present, if you are fully vaccinated you will not be required to wear a mask in my treatment room. I will continue to use a UV light room air sanitizer / HEPA filter for the overall cleanliness of my treatment room.
Of course, all linens and face cradle covers will be changed out after each client and the massage table, face cradle will be wiped down with an anti viral cleaner. ALSO, due to the high number of recent new client requests, I am not currently taking on any new clients at this time.

I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and also volunteer for the RI Chapter's Crisis Massage Team to help first responders cope with stress in the event of a local disaster of any kind. Because every client's needs are different, I specialize in incorporating highly therapeutic deep tissue techniques into each treatment while maintaining the benefits of a stress relieving Swedish massage.
Chris was superb - I had a lot of issues going on and he somehow managed to address most of them in just an hour. I liked that he gave me pointers to help resolve some of the soreness by myself, and how to prevent it in the future. Chris gave me a massage and wow! He did a fabulous job. I'm right now dealing with sciatica and he helped ease the pain with deep tissue massage.
