Is the gate every going to be fixed? Future residents be aware that this is not a gated community. It has been like this since before I can remember. We were told in an email that they were working on this, it has been months since then. Would like to know an update. Do not write on here to contact you, write a response when this will be fixed- your residents need a date!

I have stayed at here since 2016. I am thankful to know this apartment complex community. The management Michelle and staff Karina, and the maintenance department Jay and Rex have always been helpful. I appreciate all their hardwork and attention to take care of this complex and my apartment. I love the area. And it's all of the residents' responsibility to keep the complex clean and neat. Thank you much!

I moved into Huntington at Sundance early this year from out of state. The leasing staff was so helpful throughout the process since I chose this complex site unseen. Maintenance was incredibly speedy and helpful when my AC gave me trouble too. The complex is quiet and clean. I have had nothing but an excellent experience here.

We have been at Huntington for almost a year now. The day we moved in, we were asked if we could set our move in date back because the apartment was not fully ready. We moved in to hair in the drains, nasty carpeting and needing a total scrub down of the kitchen and bathroom. We spent over $200 in cleaning supplies to get this place liveable. We complained on the phone line, about a week later received a call if we wanted someone to come over and clean. By then it was too late, we couldn't let our kids live in this filth.

I have been residing at Huntington for almost 7 years now and I love it. I have just renewed my lease as I cannot think of another place where I would rather reside. The renovated apartments are beautiful. Michele Maddox, the apartment manager, is wonderful and tries very hard to make sure your stay at Huntington is the best ever. I am relocating to another apartment in the complex. She is making sure my transfer is stress free and I appreciate her very much. I would highly recommend Huntington as your next future home.
