Short summary: This complex is affordable and the staffs communication is exemplary.
I have lived here as a child many years ago and the only thing that has changed is the flooring. DO NOT move into this apartment based off of the photos. I’m not sure where the photos are from but they are not from this apartment complex and if they are they are from the showing apartment floor plans that they keep up with because what you move into won’t look that way.
Yes, they are affordable and they will take you in even if you have poor credit. They will require you to pay any evictions and/or outstanding

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I have awaken multiple times to no running water due to pipes bursting, I have dealt with infestations, trying to call the rental office to get things fixed, no answer, despite it being working hours! There are dents in the floors that I noted when I moved in assuming they would fix them and nothing has been done, there was not even an AC filter in the unit when I moved in, the apartment was filthy! The management company is lazy and does not want to do anything but expect that rent on time though! I will not be renewing here!!!

I gave them 3 stars despite not actually renting from here. Reason being, i called and spoke with an actual live person and set up an appointment to come by and view an apartment but when arriving at the appointment time no one was to be found. My boyfriend and i drove around several times looking for someone. We did not see any sort of office either. It was strange! Needless to say, we dodged a bullet with this one since they never showed up to the appointment, never answered my several calls to find out where the person was that i was meeting and never called me back after leaving a voicemail

I was giving a tour of the property by latisha.
She is very kind and informative..
While on tour I met Chris the maintenance engineer he was on point 100% everything I noticed he already had his work orders for and was getting it fixed
I met with property manager Chrissy she ran all my information and Bam!!!! We were ready to go... I personally recommend Broadway real estate for your renting needs

BE AWARE!!! If you have plans to move in/out even clean be aware they will not give you your deposit back, ignore messages, emails, and even visits to their office. It started pretty good until it gets really bad thats why we move out, people yelling at nights when others have to work next day, arguments , trash everywhere, trash bags outside the apartment for days, we send an email letting Christina know that we would be moving out 15 days as the lease agreement say, and then she said we didn't until she check her email and find out. Even knowing everything she said we will get our deposit back
