I have lived here for about a year now and want to say I do love this place. Pool is nice, gym is always clean BUT the reason for the 2 stars is the maintenance guys. They will walk in your house like they pay rent or something. No notice no set time, if they feel like coming in they will. I work nights and sleep during the day and let me tell you it’s a crazy thing to be sleeping and hear someone in your place. God forbid your not dressed and they come walking in. $1500 a month is a lot in this area and things need to change with them.

We are new tenants at Lakeland Grand. Our forecasted unit was not going to be completed on our planned lease date so this establishment went above and beyond expectations to provide us with another unit In another building which had all the wants and desires we wished for. The staff at Lakeland Grand are just wonderful!! Our garage wasn’t complete and they just furnished us with one until ours is done. Basically our move and transition was so smooth and worry free because of the staff at Lakeland Grand. When they say luxury and standards that explains this apartment complex. The apartments are

I am beyond impressed with this property. Not only was the property stellar in appearance but the staff that assisted me made an even more of impact on my decision to move here. Alexandria is so dedicated and genuine with her approach with customers. She was even willing to stay after her shift end. I look forward to seeing her again for my contract signing.

Wow. Beautiful Brand New spacious apartments in a great location. Corner of US 98 and Clubhouse Road in South Lakeland. Behind McDonald's and across the highway from Publix and Mid FL Credit union. 1711 sq ft for 2 bedroom. Huge. Patio is almost 10x12. Large walk in laundry room/ pantry. (Washer and dryer hook-up, not actual appliances). But all stainless steel kitchen appliances including fridge, flat top stove, above stove microwave, and dishwasher. Extra 8x8 storage room next to dining room. Jack and Jill walk through guest bath. Double vanity in master bath and huge walk in closets. Master

After 3 months living here I can said that Lakeland Grand is a great place to live. From the resort style relaxing pool to the spaciousness of the workout area. Convenient to several necessities across the street. Beautiful, peaceful quiet place. Awesome Staff! Very happy with attentiveness from Alexandria, Catheryn and Ismael with the move in concerns and any issues I have had. I recommend this place.
