Services
Your furry family member depends on you for many things. He or she looks to you for shelter, food and attention. You're also charged with the important task of keeping that little guy or gal healthy. At Paw Prints Animal Hospital, we're prepared to work beside you, every step of the way, in successfully achieving that goal.
Growing up in the small town of West Pelzer, Brittney developed an affinity with animals early on in life. Ever since she was a little girl, she's known that a career working with pets was her true calling! Now, she's able to improve the lives of the area's pets daily as a Kennel Technician with the Paw Prints Animal Hospital team.
We want to hear from you! Our goal is to consistently deliver the best available patient care and exceptional client service, and your valuable feedback helps us to both achieve that goal and to communicate the value of our services to others. Please also consider leaving feedback about your experience here so that others may learn more about the quality of our care.
As loving pet parents, we want our animal companions by our side for as many years as possible. At Paw Prints Animal Hospital, we believe the best way to ensure this happens is by making a commitment to their ongoing wellness. By bringing your pet in for regular checkups, you'll help protect him or her from many common ailments that can affect companion animals.
There are many different ailments than can affect a companion animal's skin. Whether it's a topical problem, like a hot spot or rash, or something more in-depth like an infection, the symptoms can be unpleasant. You don't want to see your best friend suffer like that, and neither do we! That's why Paw Prints Animal Hospital offers professional pet allergy and dermatology services as part of our comprehensive system of care.

Our experience at Paw Prints Animal Hospital was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Cousins was caring and thorough with our Boston Terrier, Espa Jo Clem. This was our first visit and we are thrilled to have Espa established with Paw Prints Animal Hospital. I was very impressed with how very clean the office was!

We have taken all our pets there for years for care and boarding - usually with no issues. However, recently took my cat in for a mouth sore. Dr. Eddie was as good as always, treated my cat and recommended a follow up if problem persisted. I called and made the follow up this last Monday, was told he would be sedated, mouth checked, no food after midnight, when to drop him off in the morning, etc. Did all as told and dropped him off today. I get a call this afternoon saying they did not sedate him or check his mouth but just gave him another round of steroid/antibiotics shots for the sore. THEN

Dr. Hunt cared greatly for my sweet Rosie when she first got sick, unfortunately my sweet girl had to be euthanized due to her condition and Dr. Cousins was the one to do so. He was so patient with us and allowed me to say my goodbyes and hold her until the very end. ❤️ I also take my boy Enzo there and they are great with him too!

Terrible way to run a business, we been using them for our dogs and cat past few years. My dog hurt his leg, was limping real bad. We called and ask if we can bring him in. They said they were short staffed and could not see him for 2 days. I asked if I could leave him there and look at him when they could. They suggested to call another animal hospital. Pretty lousy service , I found a veterinarian that could see him. I changing my animals over. How do tell someone that is good customer. This happened to a friend of ours too. They needed a vet , we recommended Paw Prints and told them they

First I would like to point out that I cannot review any actual service for grooming or vet care.
However, I would like to mention that the policy this establishment has on vaccines needed for dogs to get groomed is outlandish at best and dangerous at worst. My dogs are ages 11, 7 and almost 3 years old. I scheduled all three to be groomed and since we were new to the group they asked for medical records. This is reasonable, I agreed. I told the receptionist that I live close by but that it can be difficult to wrangle all three dogs alone and asked if it would be ok to make a couple trips to

I cannot emphasize enough how excellent this veterinary clinic is! I bring both of my dogs here and have for years, and the staff and doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and provide the best comprehensive care for the animals in their clientele. Recently, my precious pooch had an unexpected medical issue that was a first in the clinic, and they did their best to help provide us the care she needed. They even helped set us up for a referral to a specialist whenever the problem couldn't be resolved at their clinic. They have always been upfront and honest about costs for their services

We recently relocated to SC. I've been using Paw Prints for about 6 mos. I took my dog to Paw Prints when another vet could not seem to help him. We saw Dr. Cousins. I am not familiar with every vet at this facility but Dr. Cousins is one of the most thorough vets I've encountered over the years. He listens to everything and asks probing questions in doing a thorough exam. He has given my dog the care he needs and deserves. I am well pleased with his services. However, I do feel they could improve their facility by adding a doggie waste disposal area. I can't believe how customers

We started going to Paw Prints about 10 years ago and have been going there ever since. One of the main reasons we go there is because of Dr. Eddie Crittendon. He is absolutely amazing and is the most patient and kind vet I have ever met. He understands how important the pups are and does a fantastic job of explaining things and is very practical in his approach. Additionally, the front office staff and the vet techs are all very friendly. We have also used their grooming services as well as their doggie daycare. Finally, the prices for all services are very fair and reasonable. Paw Prints will

I'm having a hard time determining if I should continue to have my dog seen here. Our first visit with our newly adopted dog was ok. I wasn't impressed with the examination rooms but they were clean. My dog was administered a fecal exam, de-wormer and a rabies shot and I had many questions regarding suggestions on her breed mix and ideas for keeping her calm in her kennel when we are at work. The vet tech did suggest a Thundershirt but unfortunately it didn't work for us. Overall the first visit was fine and they scheduled us for a 2nd booster shot in 2 weeks.

When we moved here I met a woman at my nail salon and she gushed about this place, so I decided to go. They are so nice and I love taking my fur babies there. I absolutely love their daily daycare for my big bloodhound, who went to it almost everyday when it was so cold outside, but we couldn't leave him in the house. We also had to take our oldest just the other day to be put to sleep and they couldn't have been more sweet about it. The staff always returns calls. I recommend them highly.
