We have classes for kids that can teach them not only how to defend themselves but how to respect themselves and respect others. We have fun, upbeat classes that instill a positive vibe with games and excercise that will challenge them both physically and mentally. Our kids need to be given every chance to become someone great, they deserve to feel confident.

It's great for all levels, ages & goals (discipline, fitness, self defense, & competition). The community, members, and trainers make this gym awesome which is why I've been going here for almost 3 years now! The trainers are very knowledgeable and each are/previously were fighters so what they teach actually works! I've seen a lot of people grow at this gym & I'd highly recommend taking a trial class.

Never been to anything like this so I am not sure that I can compare the art. What I can say is that all the coaches are friendly and kind. They all take the time to answer any questions you or your children have and the class flows everyday without hiccups because they all work pretty well together to keep things moving along

I showed up 10 minutes before the kids class started hoping to introduce my 4 year old to martial arts. No one approached me. There was no receptionist to talk to either. It's a small gym so it's understandable.
I decided to wait the entire kids class to see if someone would approach me. Keep in mind that it was my first time there and I have know idea who is running the place. No came to talk to me.
I waited another 10 minutes after class, still no one made themselves available. Some instructors were busy teaching teens.

They take great care in teaching their students. Joe listens to the needs of the student, prices accordingly, and is continually evaluating as the staff works with children.
Our oldest took classes for 3 years and we sadly moved and had to leave Evolution. But while she was there she was happy, engaged, and confident that if she needed extra help in class she would receive it.
We highly recommend.

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the transition in to this gym. Kru Joe is a seasoned veteran in many martial arts, and if you want to get serious about your Muay Thai he's the best coach out there.
The head BJJ instructor is Craig Turner, he's a seasoned black belt under Lucas Leite. He's great with kids, and breaks the technique down very well.
Overall this gym is a hidden gem, and if you're looking at other schools in the area look no further!

Evolution for the win! Today we were flaked on by another Karate location called Claycomb. It was a really un-professional experience and left my daughter discouraged and sad. So we walked into Evolution and explained what happened to us today with the other location and it felt like everyone jumped into action. To look at schedules and move a few things around so that my daughter could have her first one on one training! This made me extremely happy considering all that we had been through. Her instructor was sweet as can be and had a certain way of explaining things so that she would understand

I have a son with severe asthma and mild learning disabilities who was being bullied at school and Joe took the time to comfort me letting me know he was going to take care and teach him to care for himself by teaching him self defense and confidence.
He is experience in children with disabilities and loves a good challenge to build their self defense skills and stop bullying.
though I private message Jess a little past normal hours, she was super happy to hear from me and immediately had her husband contact me and patiently explained every question I had.
