The historical roots of Tsoi Li Ho Fut Hung Moy Sot, ' known in America as Kung Fu San Soo, dates back about 1500 years to the Temples in China. However, due to the constant upheaval in China's history, many records have been lost or destroyed, leaving some questions unanswered. As dynasties were overthrown and Emperors changed, China was divided and sub-divided into various warring factions and each faction produced many.

Our Adult Kung Fu Program is unlike anything you will ever experience. It is a great workout, offers intense stress relief, and is a very effective street-oriented self defense fighting style. San Soo is a devastating street self defense system that is taught to law enforcement, Special Forces units, and protection agencies across the country.

Empire San Soo has been around for over 8 years. We have pride ourselves on bringing up professional fighters and those who just wish to enjoy learning self-defense as a hobby.
The art of Kung Fu San Soo is comprised of "Five Families" of diverse, yet inter-related facets. Each of these facets is an art unto itself. Tsoi, Li and Ho were family names and each family had its own specialized fighting system. Tsoi, Li and Ho combined their systems around Fut-ga dealing with the use of the mind or psychology and Hung-ga the proper use of power.

Our Children's program is specifically designed to develop your children into confident, focused, and well disciplined young men and women. We have developed an award winning approach to teaching the values and techniques of the Martial Arts to young people of all ages. We start them as young as 4, focusing on self- defense, physical fitness, and most importantly, life skills.
Grand Master Jimmy H. Woo, taught, "Remember that the strong green tree that stops growing withers and gradually dies." In other words, the student that does not continually strive to learn will gradually lose the skills they have acquired. The following information is a guideline for advancement in the art of Kung Fu San Soo () and as a guideline it is exactly that, a guideline.

Hello,I was in the class for a while but I had to stop do to medical reasons.While I was there though it was a good experience.The teachers and students were very helpful,welcoming and polite.Also unlike other dojos they welcome people no matter experience level in San sSo or other martial arts.If you are looking for a place to learn San Soo or looking for a place to have fun exercising this is a great place to go.

One of the best Martial Arts schools I have been to. This place is the most combat modern style I have seen in a very long time. Recommend this style of self defense to anyone who is serious about defending loved ones and yourself. check it out!

I have trained in Gracie Barra and I learned a lot more in my stand-up fighting than what they tried to teach me. On top of that, their combat ground fighting is by far superior than what I was being taught. A true value! I recommend it, especially, if you are a woman!
