I was involved in a small fender bender with my company work vehicle. John St St Nick's told the insurance company that I would need to have my entire front bumper replaced as it was "non-repairable", I thought that was suspicious as there was little to no damage. Out of suspicion I marked the original bumper in a descreat spot. When I was called and told that "the new bumper was on" I took and a lot and found that they had simply billed the insurance company for a new bumper and replacement, buffed and spray painted my original bumper and claimed the repair was complete.
