Tracy's Collision Center provides premier auto body repair services to Lincoln, NE and its surrounding communities. Our trained and certified staff takes pride in restoring the safety, performance and appearance of our customers vehicles to the highest standards of their original manufacturer. In the late 1960's, Tom Tracy Sr. and his wife Margaret were running a successful construction company in Lincoln, Nebraska.
All of Tracy's team members, in both locations, are here to help with your collision repair needs. Our customer service representatives are happy to answer your questions or schedule an estimate for your vehicle. Our estimators look forward to working with your insurance company. They will keep you updated throughout your vehicle's repair process.

Extensive body damage - repair or replacement of bumpers, doors, hoods, body panels and more that have been damaged in a collision. We work hard to make sure every repair we do meets our standards for quality.
Tracy's Collision Center is proud to be certified by both Assured Performance Network and ProFirst. Our shops have met the requirements established by the leading Auto Manufacturers in the country and passed an annual on-site inspection audit. Both of our shops have the proper tools, equipment, training and facilities to safely repair the next generation of vehicles.
The following questions are being asked with the intention of making sure the repair process and delivery of the completed vehicle go as smoothly as possible. If yes, please note we will not be able to finalize the date to begin repairs or order parts without first receiving a copy of their estimate.

Wow. Tracy's is amazing. I felt taken care of. My insurance had my car towed there. Tracy's looked at my car. The person who called me was respectful. I went into the shop. Everyone at the shop was really nice. The gentleman who called me seemed nice. An older gentleman who worked there talked to me and seemed nice. An older lady who worked there seemed nice. This location is in a nice area. I felt respected. The people who worked there were knowledgable about cars. I would highly recommend Tracy's. You will not be waisting your money. You will be taken care of.

Kevin and Peggy were awesome. My car was in an accident; t-boned and it wasn’t my fault. I was having the worst experience dealing with their insurance company and just over all inconvenience of everything. From the second I dropped off to the day I picked up they answered questions and were always so helpful! They even worked around my work schedule to pick up, and turned my rental in for me. They both went above and beyond. My car looks better than before the accident. I just wish the other side matched the repaired side now. 😂 Highly recommend! Thank you both!

I wanted all the dings, dents fixed out of my 7 years old car w/clear coat and detailed (car only has 11,000 mi. on it and never been garaged). Took to Tracy's. Instead of taking on job, examined car and suggested I didnt need their services b/c damage not serious enough. Kindly referred me to a restoration auto shop to do work and probably saved me thousands of dollars. Im a very grateful to their honest business practices and giving up $$ they could have charged me.

Tracy's was very professional and helpful when my vehicle was totaled. I've never been in a accident before they walked me through the process and explained in detail the estimation and what all needed to be done and why my insurance company decided it was totaled 😔 but on tracys end I was very satisfied and will take my future vehicle there.

Went in to have my rear bumper fixed and felt judged right way. The way the customer service was displayed was barbaric. And the "production manager" tried harder than most to make me purchase several other things I didn't need. All new fluids and several other things that weren't broken. After 45 minutes of arguing that I just needed this one thing replaced, I was asked to find business else where. Very unprofessional and will never be back. I advise everyone does the same!

Color me happy. My granddaughter's front bumper came loose from the fender and I had an estimate for a lot of dollars from another shop in town. AJ at Tracy's looked at it and said, "Give me the keys. I'll pull it in and get this fixed at no cost." Flat out, these people are customer oriented and honest. Thanks Tracy's.
