Buckingham South is a horrible "assisted living" facility. There is only one "caregiver" per floor of 26 rooms, some with double occupancy. Emergency cords were rarely answered because there is tragically not enough staff to service the residents adequately. If one of the floor staff had to be absent, the others must cover her floor, compounding the problem.
Another major issue is that your family's belongings are not safe. The employees are prohibited from receiving anything from a resident or his/her family.
