I have been a nurse for a long time Ann's for a provider take the time to sit down and understand my lifestyle habits and one that doesn't talk down to me was a breath of fresh air. I went in hoping to find a new doctor closer to work. I went twice. The first time was an initial visit to go over medications. The second time was for blood work in May. Prescriptions ran out in July, so I had the pharmacy contact Dr. Brown's office. After a completely exhausting game of phone tag, they finally said they'd refill for 30 days because I needed to come in and do bloodwork (again!?!?!) Received a bill for $100, but still haven't been able to get them to authorize any refills. They never called in the 30-days' worth. Total waste of time. Guess I'm on the lookout
