Best testing experience in Savannah. Even though we had a somewhat long wait, the staff made sure to keep us informed about our status. Our information and payment were taken promptly and well explained. All the nurses were extremely nice and kept everyone in good spirits. I highly recommend this location to anyone trying to get covid tested and needing same day results.
I do advise be patient and polite to the staff, they are doing their very best to get everyone seen. Wait will be long anywhere you go, But this place is by far the most organized, efficient and best customer service I’ve received

This place is awful. But when you're poor and homeless or don't have health insurance, this is one of the only places available in the entire Savannah area, which is disappointing. The doctors don't listen to your problems. In 2020 they misdiagnosed me with bronchitis without actually evaluating me (I found out later I had COVID, the doctor looked at me and said "you have bronchitis. yep! you can go.") My doctor basically told me to stop eating anything with sodium in it and to stop eating as much (I have an eating disorder and I eat upwards of twice every 4 days or less) since I'm overweight-

They are very unorganized and the staff up front can be very disrespectful and rude. If they don’t want their job they should quit so someone wants one can have it. The wait time is ridiculous rather your a walk in or appointment. They need to get it together and do better with the customer service skills and wait time…

Had a better experience than I thought I would. The receptionist was very patient and nice. The nurse was caring and listened very well, even gave me advice. The doctor was very straight forward and made sure I understood everything she was saying. Also I learned things about my asthma that I never knew before. Thanks to you all for such great service.

Ok so I have just about had to go to every different department that they have from OBGYN to the Dental cleaning and every single place I go in that building all the staff has been superb. Even the ladies at the front desk are also super super nice. And we all know that is so rare to find anywhere you go! Plus I gotta give a shout out to a very special DR. at the Yamacraw Office, The fantastic MARY PERRY no one compares to her and her staff over there.
