You only need one estimate from where you would like your car repaired. Your insurance company may write an estimate, we will work off that estimate and contact that insurance company if we find hidden damage. That will depend on the extent of damage there is to your vehicle. We will start work on your vehicle as soon as we have the authorization from the insurance company.
