Their equipment was portable and was often seen at stock car races where they would repair a damaged frame in the infield and return the car to the track for the next race. The machine that they developed was called the Chief E-Z Liner. We purchased ours in 2004 and Chief still sells the identical model today.

If you're looking for local auto body work, look no further! The Roering team was professional, courteous, prompt and fair when I brought my brand new car in to have a dent repaired. I received an estimate and an appointment slot within a few hours of requesting a quote. Lisa was knowledgeable and comprehensive when presenting me with all of my options for the repair. There were a few surprises with my car once the work started, but Lisa's team kept me in the loop every step of the way, and we came to a quick resolution. I park underneath trees and got a lot of tree sap on my hood. I attempted unsuccessfully to remove it on my own with no luck. After several months when it had really dried out, I contacted Roering who was somewhat skeptical if they could get it off after so many months, but they were willing to give it their best shot. It turned out FANTASTIC!! Looks like it just left the show room floor. I also got my car washed to remove all the chemicals and I just couldn't be any happier with how my car looks. They also did a once over lightly on the interior because they said they were booked out very far

These guys are a prime example of why you should support your local business. Very helpful and efficient. They were able to reattach my bumper while I waited (less than 30 mins). I'm sure if I took it to a chain they would have had me file insurance and/or charge me for a whole new bumper or multiple hours labour.

I just had a mark buffed out of my front passengers side fender. Not only did they do a perfect job, but their customer service was phenomenal. They were extremely professional. The owner was very friendly and explained the process to me. While I waited for my car to be processed the front desk was very cordial and friendly as I waited for my car to be processed. Was extremely pleased with the total experience and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs any kind of auto body repair. I can tell they take pride and joy in the work that they do.

My car had a partially detached fender. A full repair, removing a small dent and painting, would have been quite expensive. I requested a more limited repair. They identified a fix that is mechanically sound and looks fine, saving me over $1,000. The car was ready a day early. I have used Roering three times and they have done great quality work every time. Highly recommended.

My car was towed to Roering after an accident. The car was stored there until the insurance company evaluated it as a total loss. Employees at Roering were efficient. The young woman at the front desk was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and always professional. Even when she had other customers to help she gave each the service they needed.

To be clear, Roering did not end up repairing my car. But when I suspected that, in spite of the insurance company's assessment, it made more sense for me to repair than to write off, Marty very generously offered to go out of his way a) to find my car and b) write a comprehensive estimate -- this was despite the fact that he clearly knew that there might be no business in it for Roering. And so it proved. The only benefit was my peace of mind, and I am very very grateful.

I had a bumper and grill installed. Looks fantastic and they did a great job cleaning the vehicle so it looks like no one did slant work even! They took a little long than I hoped and that's the reason for the 4 stars but it is understandable with the timing and how Minnesota can be. I have driven several cars in the past 15 years that have been involved in a variety of situations needing autobody repair. Recently, my bumper got hit and needed replacement. The estimate was done immediately when I arrived. The staff as always are gracious and friendly. As a woman, I have never been treated like I don't understand cars and I greatly appreciate that. Lisa has always been very helpful, responsive and accommodating. My cars are always clean and repaired on time if not early. I don't plan on ever taking my cars any place else.

I discovered this place on a recommendation and could not have been happier. My CRV was in a fender bender and Lisa and her crew helped make the inconvenience much easier. They finished on time and did a beautiful job on the car. What impressed me the most was that every time I called, no matter who answered the phone, they knew exactly what stage of progress my car was in and what to expect next. No phone trees here. I just had my side mirror replaced on my 2014 Ford Explorer and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Lisa found a replacement part immediately and I had the repair done the next day. I brought my car in yesterday for a little fender bender to my front bumper and side. Completely professional and friendly people working there. She made it so easy. She came under the bid, a rental car was waiting for me to pick up for the two days, and my car was beautifully detailed inside and out which would have cost over $200 at a detailer. She finished the entire job in two days. I couldn't be happier with the beautiful work her team did, the friendly people, and the professionalism.

Nice people, great service. I had some body damage from a fender bender. Lisa and her crew were really helpful in guiding me through the process. The estimate ended up being right on target, the rental car pickup and dropoff were smooth, and they even detailed the interior of the car (not expected, but very appreciated!). I tried to have my car detailed here last year and I had to reschedule a few times due to health problems. I cancelled my last appointment and didn't make another one until a year later. I dropped off my car the night before and left the keys in the box. I went tonight to pick my car up and Lisa Roering remembered me. I explained that I had cancelled the last time because I went into the hospital for three months while I waited for a heart transplant, which happened 8 months ago, she immediately replied then this is my gift to you and refused to let me pay. The 2 stars is for the friendly guy who works there and yes they did a great job on my scuffed up/crinkled minivan. They did!
We knew they'd have the car for a week. We rented a Budget car from the airport. But after said week when they ordered the wrong part...they needed another week. Fine whatever, but Budget charges a date:change fee. Roering even said at pick up "Oh I should've covered that for you" blink blink But nothing.

I have to admit after the winter my car is a mess inside and out. And I am not an big fan of the car-wash detailing shops, However, the Downtowner car-wash does a good job...Lisa and her detailer did a unbelievable job on my car for $125.00. The car looked new. They even got out some scratches that I thought would have needed real body work. I'm sticking with the professionals!
