Parkway Auto Body is family owned and operated for over 60 years. Having a passion for quality and providing the highest level of customer service, Owner, Glenn Villacari has grown the business from his father's original corner gas station site, to our current 20,000 sq ft. Parkway is designed and built with the purpose of providing premium quality, cost-effective repairs.
Upon a friendly greeting by our front desk staff, a dedicated team member will go out to go over your vehicle with you. Discussing and gathering photos of the damaged area and any unrelated prior damage to your vehicle. This place was amazing got into a minor fender bender where the lady broke my grill and scratched my front bumper they looked at the damaged scheduled a time, ordered the parts for it and finished the repair within two days. There quick and efficient staff is super kind and caring beyond the requirement of customer care. 10/10 best experience highly recommend.

I am ecstatic about the work that this auto body shop has done on my car. My car was parked overnight and hit in the back/driver side December 10,2021. The parkway auto body shop kept me updated every week on the repairs of my car and how long it will take to be finished. The repairs on my car was completed and ready for pick up by January 7, 2021. When I arrive to the autobody shop the two very pleasant ladies at the front Desk named Delilah and Bonnie we’re so nice and helped me through the process of picking up my car. This place successfully took the joy out of and excitement I had for my new maserati. My car was hit 24hrs upon delivery and this place was the nearest to my home, so naturally I chose this place. In the beginning, they're very nice, till they get your car. If you don't call for an update, you won't get one, if you call for updates more than they hope for, you get an attitude as if you are bothering them. They claimed they couldn't find shocks for my car for a month, till I go fed up and asked for the part numbers. It took me less 30min to find the shocks they're claim are they've called everywhere

I took my car here after an accident to have repairs done through my insurance. They don’t care about you, your time or your vehicle. They just want to get paid and they charge you ridiculously high prices for aftermarket parts! I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times for them to do work that should’ve been done right the first time!! Staff is very rude and disrespectful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and my family and I appreciated that. My car was in an accident and we were going to need it in time for the holidays. While the receptionists and the gentleman who quoted my repair work job were very nice and welcoming, the quoted price for the service I needed was outrageously high and I immediately felt like I was trying to be taken. It was truly a minor problem and i was quoted $1,250 to do the job by them. And $888 for slightly less of a job which didn't include painting. I went to another very reputable auto body shop less then a mile away and had the job done for $40 and it looks like new. Parkway Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car. The clear/top coat was peeling on my 12 year-old Lexus; it wasn’t covered by insurance and past its 10 year warranty. This is not supposed to happen though, nor is it normal wear and tear, but the original car dealership wouldn’t have anything to do with it. Needless to say I felt hopeless until I brought it here. They gave me a competitive and fair quote, along with very high quality workmanship. I cannot tell the difference where the damage was before versus the other parts of my vehicle that wasn’t touched.

I had a great experience here! They were great about towing my poorly damaged car promptly in order to assess the damage as soon as possible, and once they were aware that the car was a total loss they communicated this immediately to my insurance rep who then informed me. Smooth process on my end in a difficult situation. Also great customer service and I appreciated the coffee and bagels in the lobby :)

Was referred by insurance here after I was rear ended. The service is good. They are responsive and quick. The auto body work done on the damage was good too! HOWEVER... I had another issue with a front tire and was told by them that I should submit it to insurance because it could be upward to $1,000 to fix... I said no thanks, got the car back, took it to Volkswagen and the repairs are at the most are $300 ....shady. If you get referred here by your insurance company just have them take care of the immediate issues but I wouldn't trust them on anything else.

Phenomenal service! I have had 2 vehicles in the past fixed by this body shop. The work has been excellent and on time.
They are quite professional and friendly.

All other reviews with 1 star are true! After repair at this body shop there are fitment issues, bumper keeps popping off even though they said it was replaced with an oem bumper. There's also paint overspray everywhere. You open the door and a ton of paint overspray in door jambs. Extremely poor job for what the insurance was charged. Very aggravating.

Like the other reviews with 1 stars believe them because this place is horrible. They didn't even want my business because they did not even want to give me an written estimate. The place is clean and modern but the work ethics is bad.
I came in for an estimate and they said they could not do it without leaving the car there. I was like really? All other places they were able to give me written estimates on the spot. They want a commitment I guess. What if this place overcharges I am stuck with them. They have sneaky business tactics so don't waste your time getting estimates.

I was sent here by my Insurance co. Travelers. I received a quote. I checked other repair shops and decided to have work done here. I received a starting date and finish date, and a rental car. I got an update call and upon pickup My Baby was back just as before the accident. I would recommend Parkway Auto Body as has Progressive, and New Jersey Manufactures, in addition to Travelers.

Awful experience years ago. My car got hit by lightning and the insurance company recommended these clowns. They couldn't figure out what was wrong. They attempted to return my car at one point (after months!) by bypassing the fuel cutoff (that stops the fuel in case of an accident, so you don't blow up!). Then when we brought this to their attention they denied it. Took three months to get my car back. I thought about contacting a lawyer but decided to just move on. I would NOT recommend these jerks. They were nasty, unprofessional con artists and worst of all, dangerous.

After a fender bender, Travelers auto insurance pushed me to this place, saying it was part of their "Concierge" service. Basically, the idea is that they are a body shop that has Travelers staff right on site. Travelers assesses the car, writes you an estimate, and Parkway fixes the car based on that estimate. Supposedly easier than having an appraisal by the insurance guy, then going to a separate body shop for an estimate.
