My civic hatchback is currently in the shop at Kraft's awaiting parts. Every single step of the way Mr. Kraft has been SO helpful, friendly, honest, and down to earth. I've had to call/come in to the shop a few times throughout the insurance process and although I know they are insanely busy, he never makes me feel rushed and he takes the time to answer all my questions. I walk away from every conversation with more knowledge than I had before- seriously, this man is a wealth of knowledge.

The owner came out to talk to me they were very Friendly and I got my car back faster than expected given all the national shortages of car parts. Not all that expensive given that it's body work. They even detailed my car in and out when all I needed was new rims! Hopefully I won't need theor services again soon but if I do i know where I'm going!

These guys do great work. I brought them my GTI to repair a really deep dent from a bullet that hit my roof and they made it look as good as new. My car was also done almost a week ahead of schedule. I can’t recommend them enough!

I would totally go back to this body shop. They we’re super nice to me and Mr. Kraft couldn’t get my scheduled for two weeks for the service (because they are so busy because they are so awesome) so he helped me to get my door to open and close because “he didn’t like the thought of my climbing in and out through my passenger door and just in case something else happened he didn’t want me to get stuck in my car.” This is a great company and I would recommend all of my friends take their car here for repairs!

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Kraft's. Not only was their repair to my bumper efficient and well done, but they were super easy to work with when it came to insurance. The best surprise of all was when I picked up my vehicle and the whole interior had been cleaned. That is no easy feat when the vehicle is used daily by 2 small children who leave behind lots of little treats. Great service - highly recommend!
