In the traditional medical format, your health is listed as a number or reimbursement code. Did you know that some health professionals choose your care based on how much your insurance reimburses? To us, your time and money are extremely valuable, and we take that into serious consideration. Every patient and athlete is treated individually.
The ideal person for MVPT is someone who is trying to live a more active life and wants more out of life but is limited. We want to inspire you through cutting edge conservative care that is designed to restore movement. We want to show you that there ARE alternatives. We cater to people for whom traditional medicine has failed or traditional training has failed.
After a year of running trails, I started to develop a few issues. The pain got worse, and I began to think my running days were limited. Running at the Henderson Trail Classic the pain was too much, and my run was unpleasant to say the least. At the end of the run, Rob pointed out the Maximum Velocity booth, I stopped by and got a card.
You have water in your row boat. What's the best solution: find the hole and fix it or bail the water out? This is the classic question of treating the symptom versus treating the source of the problem. If you have pain, is it chemical or mechanical? Mechanical pain is overwhelmingly more frequent than chemical pain.

Ron is the real deal. I suffered from shoulder and upper thoracic spine pain for over a year. I tried every remedy I could think of: chiropractor, acupuncture, standard physical therapy, massages, ice, heat, rest, inverted table, and medicine x 100, and nothing lead to sustained healing, only short term fixes.
A friend recommended I see Ron and I'm glad they did. Ron takes a genuine interest in his patients. He gets down to the root of what's causing me pain and keeping me from getting to and staying at 100%. Everything else I tried never diagnosed with me anything. They only tried to manage my

I'm 74 years old and fairly active. Knee problem, see Ron before a replacement, Shoulder problem see Ron before surgery. If you need surgery he will tell you, but give him a chance to show you how to rebuild your body structure first, you will be shocked at the results. Most of all do the exercises he gives you, even after you are well. The best PT I have ever known. No excuses at this places.

I run with a group out of a store in Henderson, when Ron was getting his place started up, he offered quick, free range of motion evaluations at the run group. He gave me a quick set of stretches to help fix an issue that had been plaguing my hip for YEARS! By years, I mean, close to twenty plus years.
Once that issue was fixed, I realized some of the other issues I have been having may be easily fixed, too. So, I set up an appointment for a full evaluation, and we started working on a full treatment for my hip (and therefore knee and ankle) and shoulder.
It only took two and a half visits after
