I paid a lot of money for a mouth guard that fit me so badly that it shifted my teeth, causing my two front teeth to start overlapping after less than a month of sleeping with it! I made a follow up and brought this information to my dentist, and his response was to act like I was annoying, wasting his time, and lying about the entire thing. Not only is this response unprofessional, but it was extremely rude and inconsiderate of my experience. This was my first visit after years of bad luck with other dentists. This was a great visit with a friendly staff. My hygienist was very nice and i can tell she gave me a quality cleaning. She was not rushed and seem to be thorough. The Dr was was great. He gave me all the option for my care and did not try to upsale me for his profits. I love this place.

After having some "bad" experiences at other dentistry's I have found the best dentist I have ever had in my life! Dr. Donald Kim and his staff go above and beyond, they are compassionate and they listen to any concerns I may have. I would not go to any other dentist now. I trust Dr. Kim and his staff completely. Dr Kim's office provides a warm and fighting environment. The covid restrictions he has in place reassures patients that they are safe. My dental hygienist, Venera always gives me a top notch cleaning and has wonderful communication skills. Dr Kim has always provided reliable service in emergency situations. I am grateful that he is my dentist and will happily continue his services.

What a great team, great service and great dental skills, so glad I chose Dr Kim and his staff to take care of my smile needs after moving to Monroe. I have had several crowns from lab made to made in house at several different dentists due to moving and this was by far the best experience I've had in regards to the prep, time, fit & function. Dr. Kim and his staff are very skilled at what they do and it is obvious they care and enjoy what they do as well as the team they work on. I would recommend them to anyone new to the area or anyone looking for a new dentist for any reason, you won't be disappointed

Had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. Knowing that the dentist gives me intense anxiety Dr. Kim did an amazing job! He was very intentional explaning things as he went along, constantly checking in with me to make sure I was ok and very thorough in his aftercare insructions. When I was all done (at least 30 min. earliers than expected) I actually thought "that's it?" He and his assistants did a really great job. Today I am in almost no pain and am excited to return to work tomorrow. If your thinking about seeing Dr. Kim I highly recommend him and his whole office!
