Dr. Crandall is originally from Benton City, WA near the Tri-Cities. He relocated to Monroe, WA after providing dental care in Ephrata for six years. Dr. Crandall graduated from Brigham Young University (BS Biology) then UW School of Dentistry (DDS). He stays up to date with the advancements in the dental field through participation in multiple interdisciplinary study clubs.

Best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I'm 34 & have been to some subpar as well as ok dentist but Dr Crandall and his team went above and beyond. From the moment you walk into the office, his team is professional, kind and timely. The front office is informative and helps with questions from insurance to appointment scheduling. The dental assistants are kind, down to earth and know their stuff. Dr Crandall himself shows dedication to his clients as well as staff and it shows through his great work and calming demeanor. After a bad experience as a child going to the dentist is extremely stressful for me. And I am not going to say that Dr. Crandall miraculously put me at ease because that would be asking a lot from anyone. But what I do like and feel is he and his staff seem to care and will do whatever it takes to help you. I like his willingness to tell me what is going on, kind of a play by play of the procedure, it helps me to know what is happening in my mouth. I had to have a tooth extracted recently, which sucks, but the care he took I was surprised to not have any pain. I am still stressed about going,

Went in for an emergency. I was told I would be getting a comprehensive evaluation. If that is what comprehensive is, Dr. Crandall has a problem. He was in my mouth for less than 2 minutes I on got a top teeth comp. Nothing with my bottom teeth. I have severe dental anxiety from past dentist. I told the office this more than once before making my appt.Covid had also caused longer than wanted wait time for appointments. I have several broken teeth and 2 abcess that needed help right away. No pain meds for a 1 or 2 days until the antibiotics worked, even though I asked. When I called to complain

Far and away the best trip to the dentist’s office I’ve ever had. At check-in the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and the hygienist, Kanoe, seriously gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had.
I’m not what you would call the ideal dental patient since I don’t remember to floss and typically go years between visits (thanks to bad experiences in the past), but Kanoe and Dr. Crandall were so great that I promptly booked my 6month exam before leaving. They took the time to answer all of my questions, didn’t try to push any unnecessary procedures and were very personable & thorough

I have been seeing Dr. Crandall for 2 years now and cannot say enough good about his practice! He is knowledgable and listens carefully to any and all concerns. I had a bit of an emergency last year and Dr. Crandall worked me in before his first appointment of the day (THANK YOU!). He has the absolute best staff - Kanoe is the most gentle,… thorough hygienist I have ever seen! Seriously - she is THE BEST!! The office staff is organized, friendly and professional. If you want to feel respected, cared for and comfortable at the dentist then THIS is the office for you :)

My whole family sees Dr. Crandall. I love how great he is with my kids! He is kind and warm with a touch of humor. My 15-year old had a stubborn baby tooth extracted and came back to the car in a cheerful mood. She had intended to ask for nitrous oxide, but felt like she didn’t need it because Dr. Crandall had handled the numbing procedure so well. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

I had such a pleasant experience at Crandall Family Denistry. From the smiling receptionists, to the welcoming atmosphere of the office and the knowledgeable staff, every aspect was great. I grew up going to the dentist, and I’m very comfortable there. My mom is a dental assistant, so she knows when a doctor does poor work. We both go to Crandall Family Dentistry, because he is a great doctor, who really cares about his patients. He is great with preventative maintenance, and he is thorough. He doesn’t perform unnecessary procedures, and he listens to your concerns.

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Hygienists and assistants are awesome. The office was incredibly clean, and accommodating, especially since I had to bring my new baby with me. Dr. Crandall is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He cares more about patient comfort than I’ve experienced in other offices. I’ve never been numbed so well before a procedure (crown and filling). The shots in my gums didn’t even hurt, which is a pleasant first. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Crandall and his staff. I would give more stars if I could
