I recently purchased a Chicago flat in Edgewater. This home had nice bones but needed to be refreshed. I was so grateful when a dear friend recommended Bobby. He was contrary to everything I have heard about contractors. His work was impeccable, my home was transformed! We discussed the details regularly , all the work was completed on time and within budget .HIs team kept the home clean during the project and were efficient and everyone did a wonderful job. Now I get to decorate my new home and its beautiful! I highly recommend Bobby and his team!

Excellent quality, very clean, and thorough. We will hire again and have them back for future projects. Top Vision came recommended by others in the trade. We had drywall repairs after installing new bathroom exhaust fans, and an area to patch in the living room ceiling from a minor roof leak. Top Vision applied multiple layers of different types of mud to ensure absolutely no seams. Primer was applied and then paint, which was perfectly blended with previously painted areas. Excellent job!!

Top Vision was a great choice. We needed a fast, competitive estimate to paint our apartment and had a narrow time window when the work could be done. Bobby was extremely communicative, fair with pricing, and easy to coordinate with. He and his crew were extremely productive with no issues during the project, and delivered a great final product. Highly recommended and would use again!

OMG, Bobby was my nightmare. His quote wan NOT best price but we got recommendation so we decided to go for him. That was wrong. We asked paint whole house and small handyman works.
First, his quote is very unprofessional. He did some work items without telling us prices even though we asked. Also there is no description what he did and how much each project costs. He said he would paint double coating, but I can see a few places where the old paint can still be seen. And he did not take door handles before he painted doors but he charged us top price.
Second, he did NOT do correct handyman work

I had Bobby pull up carpet in my one bedroom condo and install new vinyl plank flooring. After meeting with a few contractors, Bobby's quote worked best with my budget. He was always quick to reply to messages and informed me of any changes that came up in the project. His work was great, I am very happy with my new flooring. I am planning on hiring him for future projects!

To be clear Bobby and/or Top Vision Inc. is not a company I would recommend to my worst enemy. My advice, do not work with them. If you want to know more about my famines story please read the review.
