My deposit was only partially refunded because I SUPPOSEDLY left the place needing some things repaired. It was cleaner when I left than when I moved in. Management took pictures of the apartment downstairs (exactly the same as mine) and said that the broken items were from my unit. I was also charged for a doorbell that was not even there when I moved in. I had NO idea I needed to take a bunch of pictures on moving out since I left the place better than when I moved in.
This may be good for property owners but not for renters.

After spending hundred of dollars on application fees I was at my wits end trying to find a property mgmt company that would legitimately look at the entire picture. Our credit became terribly damaged during the pandemic, but we met all other requirements without fail. I called Luxe PM and spoke with Hope and Ashley. They were kind and told me right off the requirements for their properties without having me pay the application fees first in order to find out. I was so happy to find someone who was willing to listen. We ended up going in another direction, but I had to just come here and let everyone

I have done business with Crystal, Dara and the Luxe team for 2 years with my investment property and have found them to be very helpful and professional. My property has always been taken care of, they find quality renters who will take care of your investment. I was approved for a rental but I was told not for the one that I applied for because they gave it to someone that applied for it a month prior. I said why was it listed if you’re going to give it to someone that had applied for it before I even put in my application and their response is we have plenty of properties. Isn’t there something else you like? I was bamboozled!! I had read about it before and it happened to me. So it’s a roll of the dice getting what you actually want I believe is unfair practice and they need to stop it and at least let you know if what you’re applying for is

I received a Security Deposit Statement from Luxe dated 9/10/21. On 9/20/21 I sent an email to them asking for a review of my final statement and questioning items I was charged for. They charged me $150 stating 1/2 of my Pet Deposit was non refundable. This is not reflected on the copy of the lease I signed, so I asked where it states this fee in the lease as it is not reflected on page 2 or page 16 of the lease. I was charged for a touch up paint. I don't see anywhere on the lease where I would be responsible for touch up painting. I had small nail holes in the walls from pictures I hung during

Luxe was Amazing to work with! We are moving from Texas to Oklahoma and needed a home to rent. We found one through them and everything went so smoothly. Dara was wonderful and returned every call, every text and every email. Cameron worked with us as well and did a great job. Don't waste your time going somewhere else first like we did, the other agency just wasted our time and literally, there were times they never got back with us! Luxe is the best!

UPDATE: Funny enough, I finally got my refund in the mail the day after posting this review. In response to Luxe’s reply to this review, I’d have to say this. The fact that the check was lost in the mail is not what I take issue with. The part I take issue with is that after realizing I would not be getting the original check, the same process that caused the problem is repeated, with no real haste. My second check was postmarked exactly 3 weeks after notifying them that I didn’t get my first one. If your business has had issues with mail for over 3 months (which would be before I moved out

They were very attentive and professional. Crystal spent the time to answer all of my questions even after hours. I literally contacted them, viewed the property and was approved in less than two days. I am moving from CA to OK and they showed an honest interest in making sure my move will be smooth and that I am moving into a place I can call home.
