I have always loved animals and pets so working with them all day and learning how their bodies work fascinates me. Everyday, I feel like I am making a difference in the lives of not only my pet patients, but also their human families as well. Dr. Paul Gauer grew up by the Mississippi River in Ramsey, Minnesota, and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of Minnesota in 1993.

I had an emergency with my new puppy and I was unable to get into any of the 4 surrounding locations or pet ER. The whole team was really great in fitting us In and taking quick action. Very honest kind team from the vet to the techs and reception. Treated my pup and I like one of their own. I will be going back here. :) My dog was able to get past this situation and survived because they fit me in when no one else would. Thanks again!! 😊

They got our cat in as soon as we could get there in an emergency situation. The took the utmost care w/our baby. They explained everything and answered every question we had. We are very confident that our little Lizzy is going to be just fine and be with us for many more yrs to come. Thank you again to all who helped us w/our Lizzy. We are very grateful!

I am undecided. I was disappointed that they charged me nearly $70 to clean my dogs ears. $35 to perform the cleaning and another $35 for the products to take home. They used MY product not their own! Seriously doubt that 5 minutes of using the stuff they sold me was worth it. I thought they should have at least used their own stuff instead of wasting mine. I felt like I was charged double. I can buy the ear cleaner online fo $13 and they charged $34. Frustrating. They were pleasant but not on schedule. Support staff couldn’t even spell my dogs name right. They said they booked a follow up
