I moved to Alaska about 7 years ago and started going to a salon downtown and saw several different stylists. Claire was the only one who seemed to understand my hair. When she called me a couple of years later saying she opened her own salon, I decided to follow her there. Best decision I ever made. Claire really knows hair and will tell you honestly what she thinks would be good for your hair. I wouldn't trust my hair in anyone else's hands.

I have found my forever home for all things hair! Claire is an absolute magician. I used to be a redhead naturally, but with age comes other colors... she has successfully brought back my childhood red every single time! She is the best!!

Claire is amazing! She made me feel welcome and comfortable as a first time client. She listened to my concerns and complaints about my hair and gave me the best hair cut ever that suits my needs/wants. I highly recommend her to everyone. I will definitely be returning!

I have been going to Claire for haircuts since I arrived in Alaska 8 years ago. She has never disappointed. She knows how to work with curly/wavy hair and make it look as spectacular when you style it yourself as it does when you leave the salon. In the few years I couldn't go to Claire, when I lived in Fairbanks, I couldn't find as good a stylist.
The salon is impeccable and everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. I drive from Chugiak because I think Revive and Claire are worth it!

Found Claire through Yelp reviews- and so happy I saw her! She’s a delight to talk to during the appointment and had SO many great hair and scalp tips for a girl new to Alaska.
She definitely knows how to cut curly hair. I had a mediocre haircut at another establishment in town- nothing bad, just rather average (case in point- the stylist wanted to straighten my hair to cut it dry, which defeats the whole point of cutting curly hair dry, I’d argue)- and so was very happy with the results from Claire!
Also had an awesome full highlight with her- a much needed pick me up as the days shorten

My Daughter told me how wonderful Claire was as her hair stylist. I went to her last week, she certainly did not disappoint. I loved her welcoming approach to new clients. I loved our conversation. Most of all I LOVED my hair cut. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Claire!!

Claire at Revive was great! My long time hairdresser retired and I needed to find a new one. After much research and several referrals I decided to make an appointment. The process was easy, I just texted her - my favorite way to to make an appointment. Revive was easy to find, convenient old Seward and Dimond location. The salon is super clean, bright and airy. Everyone was friendly and adhered to all the mask/sanitation/social distancing mandates. Claire asked all the right questions about my hair style preferences, and actually listened to my answers. The cut and style was quick, professional

After my hairdresser of 10+ years moved out of State, I wasn't sure where to turn. Claire at Revive picked me up as a new client without missing a beat. I brought my color card and she took it from there! Her salon is always clean and bright. She makes sure to follow all the COVID requirements while still making a comfortable environment for clients.

I was referred here by a friend almost a year ago and have been seeing Claire ever since. I’ve had bad experiences at other salons which I voiced on my first visit but she quickly made me feel at ease. Every time I walk out of this salon I love the way my hair looks. I would definitely recommend this salon if looking for a new stylist!

I normally have Lydia as my stylist, however on this occassion Lydia was not available since she recently cut back her schedule. I needed a cut and style update pronto due to a professional photographer coming into work for some of us with 1 week notice. I had been growing my hair out so it was in that in between stage and wouldnt have cut it for photos. Thankfully Lydia did not hesitate to refer me to a trusted colleague of hers. ANDREA IS GREAT. She took her time, made recommendations,and gave me new modern look.

I love my girl Audrey! I've been seeing her for 2 years and she is great. Not only does she give me a great haircut every time I see her (and consistency is so important to me with haircuts!), but she's great at communicating about appointments and really fun to talk to! She's also done some pretty balayage on my hair, too. The salon itself is cute, clean, and bright. I also really like their hair washing sink bowls because my neck doesn't uncomfortably fall back into the bowl. Definitely recommend!

I love this salon, the stylists, and their gorgeous remodeled space! They use the best products, and everyone is so nice and personable! I've been with my stylist, Claire, for over 5 years now, but everyone at the salon does amazing work! I've never been unhappy with my hair, or with one stylist for so long!

Claire is simply the best! She not only colored my hair just the way I wanted it, but did an amazing updo for a formal event I had! I recommend her to everyone, even my stepdaughter who loved her cosmic colored hair from Claire!

Melissa made my hair. Initially I wanted to make my existing balayage lighter. I end up with highlights and bluish hair on the end, which supposedely looks like grey, Guy Tang type of coloring. I paid $200 and had to come back next day bc I looked like a clown. I had yellow hair on the top and blue on the ends. Next day Melissa trying to remove bluish color from the ends and make highlights brighter. I ended with this: check photo. It's not a balayage and not a highlights, Professional skills are not in question-since they don't exist. She saw her horrible job and pretended it must to be like this
