As a massage therapist myself I was very unimpressed with my experience at Sundance. The massage therapist answered her phone three times during the session and left the room once. She stated she had to do so beings she was the only person in the office-this was very unprofessional. When I gave a tip at the end she stated 20% was normal and that’s what I should be giving especially since she gave me a good massage- and she asked if I could give her more. I have never experienced this in my career as a massage therapist before and a tip should never be expected, a tip is a bonus.

I visited Sundance spa and massage today. I found the massage parlor to look very nice, clean, tidy and welcoming. The young lady who runs Sundance was very nice, friendly, curtious and knew what she was doing when it came to the massage. Her prices fit the norm of all the other places in the Tri-Cities so I felt her prices were quite fair. I left feeling really good, relaxed and revived. I would recommend Sundance Massage to all who are in need of a really good massage. Awesome!

She snapped her gum for the first portion of the session.......not professional.
She answered her phone during the session......not professional.
I was going to tip her $15 for a $60 session (25%). She immediately said that everyone tips $20 and that she did a $10 hot stone on me for free (which I did not ask for). $15 would still be 21% for a $70 massage even if I had asked for the stones. She wanted $20 (33%). Telling your customer what they should tip is one of the most unprofessional business practices I have encountered.

Best place for a message my wife has ever had. Can't beat it $85 dollars for 1hr full body and 30min for foot message. we Will be going in to do a couple's message next for only $120.00 for an hour. Again best message and best prices best service.

I loved getting my massage here today with my aunt!!
The massage therapist was able to do really deep tissue by kneeling and eventually with my encouragement walking on my back. My aunt and I both thought they did a good job asking if they were going good pressure or needed anything different. Pleasant atmosphere with good music. Two things I didn't like were that you could hear the door bell ring and my massage therapist would breifly step out and come right back a few times, even took a call to schedule an appointment since they didn't have a receptionist. This place was recommended to me and boy am I happy I came! Alice gave me a Thai massage and I feel amazing! She really knew what she was doing. She got all the kinks out of my back and stretched me out too! For a small lady, she sure is strong! She was very kind and caring! I went to Thailand over Christmas and I feel like her Thai massage was very authentic. I can't wait to go back as this is the best massage I've had in the tri cities!

I'm not much for massage, but I was tired of backaches from sitting at a computer all day. What a wonderful place! Very comfortable, clean and professional; and the ladies were sweeties. The lady I had was small in stature, but really knew how to work the knots out of my shoulders and neck. Actually, I didn't realize how much tension I was carrying in my back until I was finished. What a difference. I'm sold! I'll definitely be returning to this place!

This place is awesome!!! Worth the money and a great deal. 90 minute massages are the real sweet spot. Make sure take your spouse here for couples massage.
They are very accommodating in getting you scheduled when everyone else is booked in town. I came here on a last minute whim (lower back pain) and they were able to get me in the same day!!!
