So typically I’m not the one to write a review but this has been bugging me and I feel as if the owners should be aware what their employees are portraying when it comes to their business, I had a massage with Kathleen about 6 months ago. Right off the bat when I walked in I let her know I was there for a massage and she goes “I hope so you see anyone else around” mmm ok we head to my massage, now I actually researched this place and fell in love with the idea of crystals and healing baths well she made it clear she didn’t believe in that stuff and it seemed as she was mocking the idea

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Had to pursue a credit card dispute due to no assistance with my 12 month membership and using the benefits I paid for. I called and emailed more than 10 times each to get this resolved. Business only has a cell phone and no landline. There is no receptionist/secretary to answer calls or provide service, so they NEVER answer. BUYER BEWARE.

I absolutely love and recommend this place! Once you enter you get a warm relaxing feeling. They offer many different services and are very professional. I got charged 450 because I couldn't cancel or reschedule within 48 hr before my appointment due to me coming down with covid the day before my appointment. so they charged me 350 for the appointment and took the 100 that they asked for a deposit. most professional establishments would just take the deposit not these people they are vultures prying on the sick. 450.00 for nothing.... f#@^ing lying in there reply

I'm so glad I found this place. The atmosphere is relaxing and modern, not like a lot of spas that seem to cater to older people. I feel like even younger people can feel comfortable here. The massage was also better than other spas I've been to. They actually worked my knots and tension out, unlike other places I've gone to that just kinda pet you the whole time. They were friendly and the menu is great and priced very fair! Even after leaving gratuity, I didn't have that guilty feeling of spending too much on myself. I'm really considering the membership! Can't wait for my next visit. A++
