I don't understand the the couple of highly negative reviews. It does not seem as if it is the same professional inspector I met who did both the property I was selling and the property I was buying. David is great and easy to work with. I had a query arising from a termite inspection, David's attitude was that he would make sure it was right, even though I did not think he had done anything to be put right. He came out the next day and clarified that there was no issue. I would not hesitate to use him again.

David is one of the most thorough inspectors I have hired for my own properties as a owner and listing broker and also for my buyers as the buyers real estate broker. He does a great job, has a phenomenal attitude and is among the few inspectors who is all-in-one will also look at the roof and chimney and foundation along with doing a thorough general home inspection. Highly recommend !

I've been using Dave Thompson as my home inspector for years. He went the extra mile for one of my inspections. Dave inspected and reinspected a house 3 times for me to check on a leak and to make sure it was repaired in the master bathroom. He took the extra time out of his time to make sure all my clients concerned where addressed.

Very good, consistent information. Great reports. We've used David on dozens of inspections and he has been very reliable and thorough. He even recently returned to a home where we represented the seller, to go over everything on the report with the buyers. This is not typical of most inspectors but David went out of his way on a holiday week to take care of this for us. On a different home about a year ago, we had the buyer who was quite nice, but the buyer brought along a family member who was quite difficult and David answered all the questions patiently and professionally. I highly recommend

Horrible, horrible responses. Totally unprofessional. Like all the other reviewers, avoid him at all costs.
When purchasing a home, like any sane homebuyer, we hired our own inspectors to review the property we wanted to purchase. The came out with a very comprehensive list of issues, big and small, and let us know what we should watch out for. Being this was my first home purchase, I was cautious and weary. The owners of the home hired Thompson Home Inspection. His report has almost nothing! Not only did he not mention a huge water stain on the ceiling of one bedroom, like the other
