Smash Hit Kicboxing Club is a very clean and safe place to learn how to Kickbox. Being one of the newer members (no thanks to Covid that shut everything down) it stlll is a challenge to learn new moves. It can be a little intimidating at first, but we are all here for the same reason - to learn how to kickbox. All of the instructors are awesome and when you need help with something they are there to show you how to do the moves properly and without hurting yourself. The club is clean. The floors and bags are wiped down after each class session. All the bags are at an acceptable socially distance

Stress ranks at the top of my list of triggers that aggravate my autoimmune arthritis. I kickbox as a way to alleviate stress and keep my arthritis manageable. Many think that kickboxing would be too difficult and painful for a person who has joint issues in hands, hips, shoulders, and back. The key, for me, is to keep moving and modify my workout on days when my arthritis is worse. Smash Hit Kickboxing's instructors are very patient and supportive of my condition, but they always challenge me to do the most I can in each class.

I have tried out numerous gyms over the years and have to say Smash Hit is by far the best. The classes are amazing and range from traditional kickboxing to circuit workouts etc. The trainers are so genuine and give individual attention. Over all I would recommend this to anyone from beginners to advanced.

Never thought I could fall in love with working out, but it happened. I attend a variety of Smash Hit's Kickboxing classes and have experienced each instructors class. Every single class I've been to has been fun, challenging and is geared toward all skill levels. The instructors push you and give you the opportunity to push yourself at your own pace. Sticking with kickboxing has proven to give my body the make over I wanted as well as teaching me self-defense. The people who attend class are open and friendly. Everyone is there to help each other learn and reach their personal goals. I would go

Smash Hit Kickboxing is a fantastic place to be, regardless of your goals or expertise. The trainers give you individual attention, even in group classes. Everyone -- including students -- are extremely friendly and helpful. It honestly requires so much less willpower than going to the gym because it's so fun, but you'll always break a massive sweat and have the opportunity to challenge your strength, flexibility and focus.
The rank system here makes advancing more measurable, attainable and fun. You have something to work toward. I know I'm excited to get a little better before I start sparring
