We agreed with a contract that I still have for him to cut my grass. I even paid first month in advanced, he never showed up always had some excuse why he couldn’t come out and now just stopped answering me. A liar and a thief, NOBODY USE THIS COMPANY.

Deceptive, dishonest, and not an ounce of integrity.
Edit: Melvin decided he would take upon himself to falsely claim I was trying to do 'illegal business.' This claim stems from a request for a proof of funds, where I stated, "If I wanted a fake letter, I could do it myself--we don't need just a letter, we need the money as well." He agreed to supply both and then he disappeared off the face of the earth, or at least until such time as he received a bad review.
