One of the BEST realtors in Nashville. If you are looking for professionalism, integrity and someone who will take care of all of your real estate needs, Maria Holland is the person for you. We have used her to purchase and sell two homes. One home sold in 3 weeks when the market was not at its best and the other home just recently sold in one day, way above our asking price. Maria worked with the buyer on the two homes we purchased to make sure we got a fair price and some added extras! We would give Maria ten stars but since there are only five, we will give her five stars for the excellent work
