I Walked in the store as God led me to have my earrings repaired which were a gift from my father. Dad passed on 11/26/2021, 6 days after my mom who passed on 11/20/202. They were married for 60 years with a love I was blessed to see and experience. . I promised myself to wear the earrings from dad that needed repair. Brian repaired my earring and another set and replaced my watch battery ALL complimentary. I left with tears in my eyes again seeing the kindness that humanity brings. THANK you Brian. I live nearby & have passed this shop countless times.When the battery on my Movado crystal clock died, I took a chance they might be to replace it even tho' they don't sell them. The security guard opened the door for me & the man behind the counter couldn't have been more welcoming & gracious. He replaced the battery very quickly for a nominal fee.The whole experience went better than I thought it could! While I was waiting I took a look at their merchandise - gorgeous stuff! I highly recommend you support this small business!

What a great shop! We dropped by today and the friendliness and customer service were wonderful. Thank you Brian! The parking was easy (no scary decks) and I felt absolutely safe. Adam is THE BOMB! I highly recommend this place. Very attentive staff who pay attention to the details. Becca went above and beyond helping me fix my earrings. One of the hooks fell off and needed replacing but she ended up replacing both for me and didn't charge me extra. She also helped me customize an order and was very patient with me as I scrambled through figuring out what I wanted. I am confident you will not get better service at any other jewelry store in Atlanta! These guys know what they are doing!!
