Dr. David Warren DDS has over 45 years of experience providing a variety of orthodontic treatments and services to patients. We welcome patients of all ages, including children, teenagers, adults and seniors looking to correct their teeth. We find the right solution to straighten your smile, correct your bite, and much more.
Invisalign braces are great for people who do not have severe problems. The "braces" consist of strong plastic trays that are fabricated especially for you. They are indeed invisible. If your bite is not severely off and your teeth are not severely crooked, then Invisalign would be a good choice. You would be able to get your teeth straightened without anyone seeing that you are wearing "braces"!
In an extreme emergency please call 911, your physician or go to the nearest emergency center. These need to be extreme! If you have an orthodontic emergency, please call our office to schedule an emergency appointment. When you call us, you allow us to create time to see you, if necessary. Carmen is experienced and kind -- it was a pleasure to work with her during my appointments. With that said, working with Dr. Warren did not feel collaborative, comfortable, or respectful. I felt treated like a set of misaligned teeth, instead of a whole person with overwhelming challenges -- physically, mentally, and emotionally -- due to long COVID, trauma, and grief. I felt a lack of empathy and compassion that ultimately led to my discontinuation of treatment, despite having already paid for treatment in full -- that's how uncomfortable and disheartened I felt. Would not recommend.

My client was a patient of his for 5 plus years, this is the worst orthodontist in all of Miami, just another one of those “orthodontist” that would steal money from their patients. An orthodontist treatment does not last 5 years and it wasn’t even over until my client had to go to another orthodontist that is well trusted and was told she was being hustled. Dr. Warren gave my client ceramic braces because they take longer than the usual metallic ones and would not tel my client how much longer after 5 YEARS! She finally had enough and now is at a trusted orthodontist and Almost done with

All three of my children have gone to Dr. Warren for their orthodontic needs. They each took varying lengths of time to complete treatment, but each of their teeth came out absolutely beautiful and perfectly straight! Dr. Warren is so particular about the teeth and takes his time getting perfection out of the treatment. His assistants, Marlene and Carmen are the best too. They take such good care of their patients and are so friendly. They help to make the orthodontic treatment a pleasant one. Stephanie, Dr. Warren's wife, runs the office and she is quite welcoming.
