I approach each day with great enthusiasm and I'm thankful to have a career that I'm passionate about. I was born and raised in Miami and attended Palmetto for both middle and high school.
Orthodontics allows me the opportunity to transform the lives of my patients by giving them beautiful smiles and a new confidence in themselves. I am involved with the University of Connecticut Orthodontic Department and Nova Southeastern University where I lecture and learn with the residents. I also complete numerous hours of continuing education worldwide, and have lectured as near as Miami and as far as India.

Update: I can’t stop praising this people! My daughter broke her retainer by grinding, i called the office for a replacement and worried she will break the next ones. I received a call back from Tea who advised they made no one but 3 different material retainers to determine the best fit based on her mouth characteristics, sensory feeling and durability! I almost cried, I had never felt such empathy and care towards my daughter’s special needs in a doctor’s office before. They work the extra mile and beyond any expectations you may have. Thank you Dr. Ross, Tea and the whole team!!

Wonderful front desk staff always super welcoming! Cleanest Office I’ve been to thus far. Very proficient staff from the front desk down to each dental assistant/hygienist not to mention, Dr.Ross is great. Appointments are always on time and I never have an issue with my braces!

Dr. Ross and the whole team are amazing! Everyone in the office is very friendly, professional, and truly value patient care. Every question I had was answered throughly, the staff explained every step as I got my Invisalign put on. I even got to see the cutest dog while I was there so it was all over great experience. I highly recommend coming in to see what Dr. Ross and the team can do for you!

They text you when it's time to come upstairs to your appointment, everyone greets you with a happy attitude, they answer every question and they have a great payment plan.

Greatest dentist experience. Dr. Ross and staff were extremely friendly and made my son’s experience fun. Payment plans are affordable, offices were clean & very organized environment. Dr. Ross even followed up later in the evening to check on how my son was feeling after getting his braces. Highly recommended A+
