I am very disappointed in the communication regarding my Invisalign. I was put on a 44 tray - 88 week treatment. I expected before anything started to be told exactly when any additional treatments would be necessary during this 88 week process. I was under the impression that it would just be new trays every 2 weeks.
Instead when I showed up for the 16th tray, roughly a third of the way through the treatment plan, I was told that I would be given additional rubber bands to wear. This came as a complete surprise. When I called out the doctor, he said it was optional. Well they already attached

I am really happy to have come in for my orthodontic appointment. Dr. Grussmark went over all of the different options, but I was most interested in his invisalign treatment. He showed me a number of before and after photos, along with diagrams on how it works, so I could see what the process is like. The receptionist there was also very friendly when she introduced herself to me which made me feel welcome right away. After my examination Dr. Grussmark took some time telling me about the procedure itself, and answered all of my questions patiently.

Dr. Grussmark is the best orthodontist in the city! My son needed braces and we were drawn here because they specialize in everything from adults down to kids as young as 5. Besides being extremely affordable, the place is clean and organized so it feels less scary than your typical doctor's office too! The staff was patient with my toddler and made sure he was comfortable at all times which I really appreciated.

If you're looking for a reliable medical provider, look no further. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I really felt as though my needs were taken care of since they allowed me to book an appointment from my phone and took notes on any insurance questions I had. And the best part? Dr. Grussmark and his staff have been wonderful with my son during his orthodontic treatment with braces, and with my daughter during her Invisalign treatment. We could not be more pleased. They are professional, caring and flexible, the office is spotless, and parking is easy. I would highly recommend for both children and adults. They are the BEST!

I have to say my experience with Dr. Grussman has been absolutely excellent!! His team is just so accommodating!! Mary is excellent!! I’ve not ever see her not smile:) she’s been handling me since day one and I just love her!! This is a well put together practice for sure. I highly recommend him he’s excellent!!
