Worst experience. I’m going with this dentist last 3 years. They are in in network. This year dr opt out and got out of network. Before performing service, desk person check that my wife is on my insurance or not.but desk person did not inform us that they are out of network. Also I ask for my mom who is on Medicaid n ask if that covers or not. Desk person check and said they don’t accept. Then they perform regular teeth cleaning. Now they are sending bill saying they are out of network. Simply make no sense. Due to desk person mistake, they are asking us pay huge bill .

Best experience I have had. I had been hit by a car crossing the road. My front teeth and three bottom teeth were chipped and broken. I have never felt more comfortable. Dr. Patel and her assistant were so caring, always making sure I was comfortable. My teeth are fixed and look amazing. I got home and showed my daughter, she said my mom will finally smile again. My boyfriend teared up. Then I cried happy tears. I can't wait to show my co-workers and customers that miss my smile. Thank you Dr. Patel. You gave me my confidence back. I really felt as I was family. The assistant even rubbed my jaw

Nice dentist but one of the worst admin assistants you will meet. You will get no estimates of charges even after asking, expect hefty statement from your dental insurance after the fact. Watch out, confirm with your dental insurance before you say yes to any treatment.
Another scenario: When you show up for regular teeth cleaning, you may be casually recommended a 'deep' cleaning without notifying you the out of pocket cost for it. Another way you could be left with hefty out of pocket payment. Best to avoid this place.

Dr. Paresh Patel is the kindest, most caring & knowledgeable Dentist I've ever had in my 60+ years. If your worried about pain come here as they will stop in mid process to administer more pain numbing medication if you're feeling discomfort. All staff are welcoming and customer focused. In fact upon request Julie the receptionist/admin. will contact your Dental Insurance company to see what's covered & how much it will cost. Need a detail receipt...just ask Julie...Please give a thumbs up 👍 if this review helps you - thanks.

Quite honestly the best dental care possible with no pain and always friendly faces. I would highly recommend Alex as your hygienist, she uses the utmost care and is very fun to talk with. Julie up front is always a pleasure to talk with and schedule your next appointment and Dr. Patel is a highly skilled professional with a true passion for her craft. All in all I love this place and I won’t go anywhere else.
