Since 1976, Avondale Dental has been the leader and preferred provider of quality dental services to our patients in Hayden Lake and the surrounding areas. Our experienced dentists and staff offer comprehensive dental examinations and specialize in a wide array of cosmetic, preventative, general and specialized dental services.
Dr. Ben Crockett grew up in the Pacific Northwest spending most of his youth in Eugene, OR. He attended Walla Walla University for his undergraduate studies and Loma Linda University School of his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. In 2008, Dr. Crockett bought a small private practice in Sisters, OR and spent the next ten years building a wonderful solo practice there.
Brenna Cowan was born and raised in Hayden Lake as a proud Coeur d'Alene Viking. She attended Montana State University receiving a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Development in 2006. In 2012, she graduated from Carrington College in Dental Hygiene, becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist. Brenna joined Avondale Dental in 2013.
Avondale Dental Center performs several cosmetic dental procedures at our office in Hayden Lake that will help you improve the look and function of your teeth. Porcelain veneers are handcrafted, custom-made, thin shells of dental porcelain placed on your front teeth. They are stain resistant and custom-tinted to blend with surrounding teeth.
Avondale Dental offers several preventative dental services at our office in Hayden Lake. I have found the best dentist! The staff are friendly and prompt. I had to have a chipped tooth fixed and the dentist was stellar! Didn't feel the poke of the numbing needle...and honestly...no pain throughout any of the procedure. If you are afraid to go to the dentist please give Avondale a try. They know what they are doing and they do it well. They will take good care of you. Would give them more stars if I could.

My daughters dentist (Dr. Dance Dentistry off Prarie ave) referred me to avondale. I've had multiple cavities and 2 root canals done by Dr. Martin. She is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I also like how they are upfront about how much it will cost and allowed me to make a partial payment until my insurance went through. My daughter also had some cavities which Dr dance did. The whole experience was great and He did a great job as well. She was not scared and still loves going every time.

This has been our best dental experience! It was very welcoming, and having a child with bad prior dental experiences, she is always terrified and its beyond difficult to get any dental work done. They walked her through every step, and were very patient with her. She made it through with no tears and left happy ☺

I get my dental hygiene from Breanna and she is the most caring and articulate dental hygienist.

I’m so thankful my friend convinced me to switch to Avondale after a bad experience at another dentist. What a welcoming, cool, and tranquil environment. The atmosphere sets the right ambiance to relax you for your visit. The staff, hygienist and dentist were all so understanding of my anxiety, and thorough with the exam. Professional and patient with their patient! Best cleaning I’ve had in years and I left knowing I had found my new dental home! Awesome experience and it was a dentist appointment!!!
