We are moving to Ohio. Found her name 4th on the google list. Called off season for general Tax question and to become a prospective client. MaryJo who answered says she can't answer my question because Im not a client but Im calling an accounts office right. I had to ask for a call back from Christina it wasn't offered to discuss potentially becoming a client. What is wrong with this picture?

Christina has been doing my taxes for 15 years. I work in different states, and she always has the knowledge to file those states. I was audited in 2013, and 2014. She stepped up and defended the returns she did for me. She did not charge me a dime, and I owed the IRS nothing.
