I found this place on the Zocdoc app and decided to give it a try for my biannual cleaning. I am very impressed! They really take their time with you and show you everything you may need done. I was told I needed my fillings touched up, shown the price breakdown, and had it done right there before my cleaning. Very efficient. Everyone was very kind. Looking forward to coming back.

I've had many different dentists in my lifetime so far (moved a lot), and I can say that Pinnacle is one of the best. Very professional with excellent attention to detail, they did a great initial evaluation of my overall dental health and then recommended a treatment plan to address any issues that I have. Dr. Lee is nothing short of awesome, she's the best dentist I've ever had and is fast and thorough, always with an eye towards patient care and comfort. Really impressed with her knowledge, skills, and chair-side manners. I'll be going to Pinnacle from now on...

Our experience with Pinnacle Dental Frisco was totally unacceptable. My wife and I signed for discount plan including annual exam, x-rays and teeth cleaning. On initial appt, they refused to do teeth cleaning insisting that we needed "deep cleaning" for additional charge $750 each, as well as extensive treatment program. No discussion was allowed to find amenable solution. Their recommendations were refuted by our former dentist (10 years), as well as second opinion received form dental practice we have now secured in Plano. It seems Pinnacle Dental is focused primarily on revenue

Pinnacle called me trying to get me to remove my review. They didn't ask me how I was or if I had a good experience, they called because they saw my review. They offered to give me a refund if I removed it. I am not accepting any bribes to delete my review, I want everyone to know what I experienced and how they get their good reviews by bribing people.
I have also been in tremendous amount of pain for 5 days now, I had to go to a emergency dental to see what the issue is. They said that it was infected and provided antibiotics.
Again, I highly do NOT RECOMMEND!!

In for my bi-annual cleaning today. Was admittedly a little unsure of what to expect with going to the dentist during COVID-times. Was very impressed at the procedures they had in place--screening at the front desk, hand sanitizer available, mouthwash, and double-masks for the hygienist. They did a great job at the cleaning (as per usual) and at handling safety during this crazy time!!

After eating one scoop of ice cream, I screamed all of a sudden because the effing toothache covered whole lot of my face, and I worried some my teeth fall out and become a witch with a broomstick. The next day I called the dentist somewhere else and there's no time to see me, but he recommended Dr. Jang and I made an appointment with him right away, he wanted to see me even though it was a lunch break.
The reason people come to the doctors office not only to remove the pain, also to feel safe, and at ease from all the extreme concerns.

After the one time disappointing visit where there was a mishap to the insurance, the folks at Pinnacle Dental have gone out of their way to make sure we were absolutely satisfied.
Currently we plan on making Pinnacle Dental our primary dental provider as their facility and personnel have been nothing short of the best.

I came to Pinnacle Dental after having negative experiences with my previous dentist. When I first came into the office, I was immediatly greeted by the kind receptionist who helped me quickly fill out the paperwork. I will never go to another dentist!! Dr. Jang and his staff are so caring. There is no check in, they know exactly who I am. They treat you like family, which is very reassuring for me. I have always suffered from severe anxiety, especially when visiting the dentist, but NO MORE! I highly recommend Pinnacle

I've been going here for about 3 years now. In the past I've always switched dentist depending on what was closer/more convenient to my work but I'll be here to stay.
Dr. Jang and the staff here are friendly and remember and my mouth. I appreciate them warning me of potential issues and how to improve them myself and then updating me of my progress on my next checkup.
It's a clean and comfortable office and it's nice to have a staff that keeps punctual appointments so I don't have to spend much time in waiting rooms.

I recently moved to Plano from Los Angeles and I have always been an avid Yelp user for finding anything and everything. Not knowing too much about the area, i resorted to Yelp reviews to find my new dentist. I had travel plans to London just two days away and I had my crown fall out the night before. With one phone call, the office kindly offered to take care of me the same morning to ensure a comfortable trip. I was showered with welcoming smiles from everyone at the office.
