Each potential employee has to undergo a thorough screening prior to being offered a position with Abequa Home Health Care Agency, LLC. Our screening process starts from the first conversation we have with the potential employee. Our interview process, including behavioral and values testing evaluates the applicant for honesty, compassion, work ethic and compatibility to name just a few.
Abequa Home Health Care Agency is a home-based agency providing services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism, Down Syndrome, Vision Impairment, Hearing Loss and Cerebral palsy. We also provide post surgical care. We know how important choosing a quality care provider can be.
Abequa Home Health Care Agency, LLC caregivers are rigorously trained to provide this care with a professional, cheerful spirit, preserving the client's safety, hygiene, and dignity. Homemaker/Companion service is for clients that do not need hands-on assistance, but would like some friendly company or need some help with routine chores that have become more challenging.
