Outpatient therapy services may be furnished to individuals who are no longer homebound. These services are reimbursed by Medicare part B. Medicare part B reimburses outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services. We provide continuity of care by keeping the same therapists YOU had during your home health certification.
We specialize in coordinating client discharges from hospitals and facilities back into the comfort of home. We provide diabetes care and education to people who have this disease, as well as, those who are having trouble controlling it. In collaboration with the patient's physician - diet, medication, and lifestyle changes are taught to the patient and family to best manage this new way of life.

But what I want to speak on, is the kind of person she is, Kind, caring, sensitive, considerate, an amazing listener, a teacher, compassion, patience, and of course that one of a kind, only her, absolutely sweet and wonderful bubbly personality of hers!

I have used Center of Illinois Home Health several times over the last 2 1/2 years.
I have found their nurses and therapists to be very knowledgeable and thorough in their approach to patient care. They try to schedule me with the same PT, OT and nurses each time I need them, even when there ha been a long break between sessions. Partnership between the patient and therapists or nurses is encouraged. While I don't look forward to needing home health care, I do look forward to working with "my therapists and nurses".
