Friendly staff and the shower was very nice. Everything else was kinda not good. The pillows had an odor. The sink faucet was very loose and sometimes didn't turn off. One of the bed sheets had what appeared to be a dry piece of a leaf in it? I feel like they just need to up their cleaning and maintenance and the place would be better. However it is a very cheap hotel which is all we were looking for so we got what we paid for

A good place to spend a night. Nothing too fancy but the room was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable, and the staff wasn't too bad either. It would have been nice if they offered some kind of complimentary breakfast but overall it was a good experience and I will most likely book again the next time I'm in chatanooga.

Does not look like much from the outside.... I rate this a 4 and a 1/2 stars now I see why Triple A gives an 8.9... This is one case where looks can be deceiving the insides were beautiful the doors fit tight air conditioning work the shower was amazing About the best showers I have ever seen.... Was very clean very happy and would stay there again..

The staff were VERY nice and friendly! Our original room key had a problem, and the wonderful clerk walked upstairs with us to make sure the new keys worked! The room was just BEAUTIFUL! The bed was comfortable and clean; the room was sparkling; there were plenty of outlets, plenty of space; the lighting was excellent, and, OH! THAT SHOWER!!! It has a waterfall setting that massages your shoulders and back, and after a long day spent wandering around in caves, it was JUST what I needed! I want one in my house! It was a LUXURY! I loved the whole experience at the Athena Inn, and we will DEFINITELY
