I didn't get the room requested 3 weeks in advance, was very disappointed in that. Overall nice and friendly staff. I will always stay when in the area.

The front desk staff was very polite. The room was freshly remodeled. No breakfast due to covid. I booked this room for my family that traveled in from out of town. They've decided to stay another night in Chattanooga, and due to the treatment they received at this hotel, they've booked it another night.

Its a decent hotel, a little old but nice, better than the other hotels; it didn’t have any bugs or mold.

Affordable and simple with TV, microwave and fridge. The room and linens were clean. I was never bothered by calls, doorknocks, or housekeeping. No breakfast due to covid. Everything worked except the TV volume was buggy. The outlets built in to the alarm clock were handy once I found them. I would stay here again if I needed to.

This was one of the more decent ones we have stayed at. The beds were extremely comfortable and the guest service was exceptional. Aside from the random cracks in the bathroom, this place was reasonably accommodating for what we needed it for. The pool was open which was an excellent bonus for the kids on a hot summer evening. Thank You for having us!

PROS: 1 Truck parking on the other side of barb wire fence, 2. Dog friendly $10 fee 3. Washer and dryer on 2nd floor. 4. Elevator and stairs. 5. Clean rooms ( never seen roaches or been attacked by bed bugs) 6. Clean pool , small but refreshing.
CONS: 1. Don’t park truck in lot next to motel or you’ll get towed. Park in the next lot, just drive over curb. 2. No breakfast, not even prepackaged honey buns or muffins and no juice.
Note: I stay here 1-2 times a month and never had issues and I keep coming back.
I give it 4 stars because of no breakfast. They could buy individually packaged muffins

This is a really nice hotel! For starters the super nice lady at the front desk allowed me to park my semi truck in a space that took up a lot of room. The entire staff was very friendly. The room and facilitIes were immaculate. The bed was super-comfortable. The pool was open and very clean. A very pleasant stay!
