It gives our minds and bodies clues that we need to protect ourselves, either by leaving a bad situation or by motivating ourselves into positive action.

My daughter is 8th grader, seeking her service recently. First session, I was charged full payment to discuss my daughter, she told me she has not met my daughter so insurance cannot be billed. (This is proved untrue with other professional counselor). Second session, I was told to include me at the end, then my daughter was out of her office after 45 min with her saying no need to include me. She changes her words quickly and without explanation. As a medical professional myself, I cannot recommend her service because she acts unprofessional and indifference.

I've had other therapists before, but I feel like I have made the most progress with her. I chose her because of her school background since I am a teacher. Her understanding of teachers' lifestyles helps a bunch. Although I feel mentally healthy and stable, I feel like I continue to grow through therapy. Bree is a lifesaver.

Starting therapy is one of the best things I've done for myself, and I feel so fortunate to have found Bree.
I didn't know much about therapy before starting sessions with Bree about two months ago, I assumed it would be hyper-clinical and maybe a little cold. For those reasons, I put off contacting any therapists for more time than I should have. I was happy to discover that my sessions with Bree have been the complete opposite of what I expected. She's warm and receptive; she reassures me when I need it, challenges me in a positive way, and opens my eyes to my own strength. Going to Bree has

As Trey Clay's mother, I hired Ms. Winkler for the appeal of in-home sessions. It has worked beautifully and given me a sense of guarantee that he would be seen. Trey has been seeing Ms. Winkler for almost two years for several issues. As a young person in his early twenties, he never believed in therapy, yet she was helpful, and when an issue arose that he wasn't sure he could handle.. He himself called on Ms.Winkler. We are at the life coaching stage which has also been helpful, as he seems to be comfortable with talking to her. To begin with we were tackling Anger issues, then there was grief
