We are a low-impact fitness studio offering video-on-demand and in-home functional group training. Bounce Fit Studio specializes in providing great workout sessions that will keep your joints healthy. The heart of the studio is the Cellericise rebounder (mini-trampoline) and is the focus of nearly all of our workouts.
Sessions focus on functional movement patterns and corrective exercise techniques to improve overall health and avoid injury. Along with the videos from our studio, you can access workshops to learn stretching techniques and other advice to make your sessions better. Learn pain relief techniques, stretching, foam rolling, core activation, movement patterns, and much more.
Follow our guidelines for building a low-impact, fat burning, and muscle strengthening home gym. With your new home gym, you'll be ready to embark on your fitness journey into well-being where you can live each day confidently. Our videos will keep you motivated and moving. You'll know exactly what to do with our guided instruction that will yield results and reduce the tendency for injury.

Bounce Fit Studio is the perfect place for fitness and health. There aren’t enough words to describe how Heather Castor, owner and personal trainer, has coached, guided, encouraged, and provided the proper exercise I have been needing for many years. Her knowledge, kindness, professionalism and state of the art equipment in the best setting in her studio cannot be found in any other place. Jack Castor, her son, is a wonderful and skilled certified trainer teaching classes with her as well.

I injured my left knee, hip and rotator cuff in a move. I tried to do too much and ended up in a 1 1/2 year physical therapy center to correct the problem. It was not helpful to knee and rotator cuff.
I tried bounce fit in May of 2021 and just noticed recently that climbing up on a gorilla ladder caused no pain in knee at all ( just 3 months ago I was stepping up with only my right leg). I was floored. I then noticed that my left rotator cuff had made even more progress. I tested it 4 months ago and found about a 5 on the scale of 10 for pain when I lifted even a 1 lbs weight. Today it’s less

Bounce Fit Studio is wonderful! I started this journey almost a year ago and I have not regretted it one single day. Heather and Jack and the whole Castor family are amazing they are there for you 100%, this is a low impact workout but you get your heart rate up in no time, they always put workouts together that are flexible and easy to follow, if you make the commitment you will not regret it, it is well worth your time, you definitely will see change and everyone around you will too.

Heather Castro is a skilled trainer, who ensures participants benefit from the correct execution of each exercise in order to gain the full benefit of the workout. I enjoy participating in a structured workout & the camaraderie amongst participants. I think anyone - regardless of age or gender - can benefit from & enjoy the low-impact exercises offered at Bounce Fit Studios!

I did the 28 day challenge and loved the workouts. I have been a member since March 2019. I am 60 years young and wanted a workout that wouldn't hurt my knees because 2 years ago I did a boot camp workout and unfortunately my knees developed arthritis. These workouts don't affect my knees or my sciatic nerve on my right side. I love the workouts and I don't get bored. We do stretches before and after our workouts. Heather and her family are fantastic. The studio is clean and organized. The equipment is up to date. I have lost weight and inches since I've become a member & that is great for me.

I will be forever grateful that I went with my gut instinct to find out what Bounce Fit was all about. I knew from the moment I talked to Heather on the phone, that this would be life changing for me. And it has been! I decided on doing a 12-wk transformation program and although I’m already halfway through, Heather (and her family!) has helped me so much more than I could have imagined. I don’t ever want to leave this family! The studio is absolutely amazing!! Great atmosphere!

Heather and Jack are wonderful coaches. These classes are super fun on the trampoline and they are such good workouts for the whole body. I've tried a number of different studios, and this has by far been the most personable and effective. Time flies in these classes and it's makes working out something to look forward to! Highly recommended!

Heather is fantastic. I do a lot of weight training but have not gotten the results I was looking for. Heather listened to what my goals were and has set up training sessions to meet those goals. She also assessed problem areas and has helped me correct issues I had that were hindering my workouts/results. I always leave energized and feeling happy. I have noticed great results and have received positive feedback. Heather's training sessions are challenging but fun she always mixes things up to keep my muscles from getting used to workouts (muscle confusion). Can't say enough about her as a trainer

Heather is great and inspirational. I always leave feeling so much better and have gained knowledge on how to improve my exercise routine, diet and nutrition. I leave with a desire to actually go and complete my own workouts as well. Her vast knowledge and keen observation lends itself to an exceptional workout stress-free, and she has a wonderful variety of exercises and equipment - you never get bored. I've been working out with Heather for a year now and I have never felt better! It's not a normal workout. Heather works with you to help you feel your best. I am a nurse and she has helped me learn how save my back and knees while moving people. Any time I have aches or pains, she focuses on that area to relieve the pain and help me feel better every day! She is not the kind of trainer who yells at you. She is very encouraging and wants you to enjoy your workout. I highly recommend her!
